Packages are constantly delayed at this location for at least one day, if not more.

I lived in Georgia for 20 years, and I've had more packages lost by them in less than two years living in Coppell than I did in my entire time in Georgia. Unbelievable.

Also, don't bother calling. The only way you'll get an answer is by driving to the store itself.

If you have problems with a package here do not bother calling as they do not answer their phone line, I was on hold for 3+ hours! I called a neighbouring post office in Coppell and explained what was happening at this place. I told her this was completely unacceptable and she agreed with me! I also emailed the post-master general informing her of the situation. I eventually got an email from an employee at this place, although no response from the post-master general herself and eventually an update that my package is on its way to its destination now, thank god. Long story short,

If you suspect anything wrong with a package at this facility DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THEM. If you do anything, call the neighboring post office and email the post-master general.

A 2 day priority usps was sent to the local po in Dec. Then it was sent by error to another state. not delivered. Dec. 19-22, from WI, to address in 75260. Dec. 24, usps sent to wrong-Kansas city KS, Dec. 27, usps returned to 75260, correct area. Traveled around usps for 7 more days. Delivered to the receiver 1-3-2016. It was a tracked PRIORITY package.
