I just bought an engagement ring at Klein’s Jewelry - it’s beautiful!

Mark and his staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m confident the ring and diamond are of high quality and they’re well made. Most importantly, it’s exactly what my girlfriend wanted and I know she’s going to love it.

I have been a customer of Kleins jewelry, since I moved to Houston, three years ago. They have beautiful, in-store items and Mark can create, stunning, one-of-a kind pieces. They treat you like family. My nephew, who lives in Colorado had Mark choose a beautiful diamond for his fiancés engagement ring and sent him the completed ring, in time to “pop the question!” I highly recommend Klein’s Jewelry if you live in the Houston area and beyond. I had messaged them on Yelp and received a quote immediately and the price was fair compared to other businessss in the area. When we went to the store, I was blown away by the service we received.

Mr. Klein came out and examined the jewelry we had (we came for repairs) and discussed possibilities for how/why it broke and explained the idea behind fixing it. Aside from that, I was also offered to have my other two rings cleaned for free! We got a text the same day that the ring was ready for pick up and I was blown away. It looks good as new and was also cleaned. It looks just as good as it did the first day we bought it 2 years ago.

We first purchased from Klein Jewelry about 12 years ago, we have purchased many beautiful pieces over the years and will continue to return. Amazing selection, custom designs and repairs. A few years back, I had a home robbery and unfortunately a beautiful emerald was stolen. The owner Mark was fantastic in helping me by providing receipts and cost estimates so I could file police reports. I would highly recommend Klein jewelry, can’t say enough about how wonderful they have been over the years. Great new location as well.

Mark Klein is our go to person for all things jewelry and watches. He’s knowledgeable, professional, prompt, honest, AND personable. In addition to having a beautiful inventory, Mark’s team does a remarkable job with custom pieces. We have designed multiple pieces ourselves, and have had 10+ of our friends trust Klein with their custom engagement bands. We even coined a term among our friends and family, “we got ‘Kleined.’”

These guys are the best! I surprised my wife by getting a pair of her favorite earrings repaired and had a similar set custom made all in time for a Christmas! When I went to pick them up the price was higher than what they verbally quoted me and they honored the original price. My wife loved the gift! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I stopped in to get an heirloom ring appraised and fixed. Caleb was very helpful and patient while I looked at the jewelry I was interested in. I ended up buying a pair of custom made diamond earrings that matched my favorite ring. Apparently it was the only pair that had made thus far, so they are very unique, which I love. Klein's is a jeweler I can trust and they have great prices, I would venture to say the best deals in town. Definitely stop by and see if they have what you need, next time you are in the market for a great statement piece. I'll be back next time so see you soon.

I stopped in today to talk with the owner about some custom Jewelry. I first sat and observed him while we worked with a couple on their wedding bands. He was professional, polite and educational to them ...... just the type of service I was looking for.
We then discussed what I needed, and I was very satisfied with what we came up with.
I also left with a beautiful paper clip gold and diamond bracelet for my wife. It was a surprise for her and she loved it.

I will be using Kleins for all of my future high end jewelry purchases!

I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name who had assisted me. He helped adjust my watchband and with replacing a couple small diamonds in an old ring and was very kind and pleasant. I will very happily come back with any other jewelry needs that come up.
