I had a great experience with Rich and his team. They helped me close very quickly and adjusted to get me the best possible rate. They were also very professional, provided advice, and weekly updates. Highly Recommend.

This past June I had a horrific experience with another mortgage officer/company that kept lying throughout the whole process, long story short, they were trying to charge almost 3 points on a $232k purchase on a VA loan, the deal fell through because that mortgage officer got greedy and tried to change our loan to an FHA because he gets paid more, ended up losing a bunch of money that we put into the home i.e. earnest money, inspections, etc. I got referred to Rosita from a friend of mine in late August, told Rosita the situation we went through and the circumstances with income and what not, we found a house the first of October, just like any other mortgage there will be some ups and downs but Rosita and Maricela (Sr. Processor) made it a lot more simple and straight to the point and we happily closed yesterday morning on a $355k purchase and we got money back on the closing. I will highly recommend them to anyone, especially my fellow veterans.

Hunter Nevotti was recommended to me by my sales person. I’ve called them and explained my situation, Hunter seemed very disinterested in listening all I had to say but I hoped that he still understands situation I’m in currently. He still claimed I can apply given my work situation right now. Day later I was denied because my work situation doesn’t qualify me for the loan, Hunter lied to me and when I said I regret ever listening to his advise and that I have hard inquiry on my credit report now he claimed there is no hard inquiry with me applying for loan.
Lol!!! Liar ignorant and 0 customer skills. Shame on you and NEVEr use this company

This bank was recommend by our constructor Beazer homes. This was a horrible experience. Was transfer from loan officer to different loan officer, kept asking for the same documents for months. They kept misplacing them. Could not close on the day we agreed that was set 45 days prior and we were giving the news a day before. Do yourself a favor and find yourself another bank!!!
