Super 8 by Wyndham Carrizo Springs

The service is horrendous! Michelle is nothing but vindictive! At first, she wanted to be charging my guys and I $25 for laundry services, even though there's a laundry machine at the hotel; which I respectfully declined. I complained to them about the housekeeping not cleaning my room even though I was told to leave so they could clean. I left for work and came back hours later, and my room still wasn't cleaned. I told the lady, and she told the rest of her crew not to clean my room anymore for almost a month! I literally have to ask them for new bedsheets and towels every single week! I will not recommend staying here for even a single day. The headaches are not worth the price they're charging!!!

I later talked to the actual manager (Pritul). He's a wonderful human being and a true leader. I brought the issue to his attention and the service is been stellar 👌. He told his parent to start cleaning my room personally, and they are both outstanding at their jobs. For any of you trying to visit or book, if you ever had any trouble, ask for Pritul. He'll take care of everything for you.

Ravi was incredibly helpful during my stay. There were several times when I needed assistance, and he responded quickly with a solution every time. When I couldn’t figure out how to get the AC machine back on at 3 am, he answered the phone and came to fix it right away. He was very kind and patient. Good customer service

A little mix up in reservations. Could had been my fault. I was a little concern about previous reviews but the hotel and staff was great. We would return any time.
