I've tried many places and this is the best one yet. Service is so fast and the employees are so sweet and nice specially Abbie. Great costumer service and not to mention she is really pretty.

Got a New phone replacement for mine a little less than 1 year old for $ 5.00 plus a free screen saver. all apps changed me in less than an hour. Very curious and helpful

Every time I go here they’re is a smile on the employee’s faces and they’re all ready to help! The store is clean and the employees are very helpful! When I ask amateur questions there is no back lash or attitude and they make sure I understand after answering instead of just brushing me off. They care about their customers and I have NEVER had a bad experience!! Daysi, KT, Jimmie, Josh, Arianna & Alfredo make an excellent team! So proud to be a T-Mobile Member!!

Jimmy assisted me with the purchase of my New Samsung Note10. He was so knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. The customer service he provided was above par. I will definitely continue to do business with him. I suggest you go in and ask for this Mobile Expert as he wears this title very well.

Ashley is the best. It was a tough day for me...a really really tough day, actually. But something she said and likely thought nothing of and wouldnt recall lifted my spirits and brightened the rest of my day. I don't generally have much love for phones as I must frequently use them to tediously enter long strings of model/serial numbers, and that tedium has always gotten old pretty quickly with my nerve damaged finger and thumb, but based on the confidence she had in a phone I might otherwise have discounted, my level of satisfaction with the not inconsiderable purchas, is thus far unmatched by any previous upgrade, ever. My new phone is proving to have the most ergonomic and precise on-screen keyboard I have ever used since the galaxy mega, way back in 2013, which was a ridiculous brick, besides the on-screen keyboard and its ease of use by my fat fingers. I no longer have to be so pedantic about proofreading an entry block to ensure I haven't mistyped the text, before moving to the next entry field. Based on her experience and expertise she matched me with just the right device to suit my needs.I still don't love phones, but I do not mind using mine, again, after a half dozen generations of galaxies and iphones...thank you, tmobile.. Somebody at tmobile that goes to the office in a tailored designer suit that has some pull better recognize Ash for her excellencd and do whatever it takes to keep her content and ensure she advances throuh the ranks. Employees like that are exceedingly rare and valuable. Tmobile, you've got yourselves a keeper. That's my word!

The spacious new T-Mobile store is in Paris Towne Center next door to sweetFrog. The store is well organized, the personnel knowledgeable & courteous, & they have several specials going to entice new customers.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 For me, T-Mobile is the best deal in Lamar County. I'm on the friends & family plan w/ my kids & a big group of their friends in Austin & Minneapolis for $22.⁰⁰ / month.
☎ My plan only has 4 GB of data, but most places I frequent in Paris have WiFi, so 4 GB is more than I use monthly on Netflix & Vudu.
📶 My coverage out north of Blossom (in the Boonies) is as good as Verizon & better than the other providers I've tried, especially since T-Mobile upgraded their towers in 2018 - 2019.
