I got a charm added on my bracelet here and Brandi , (i believe was her name) she was super sweet and helpful she made my experience here a wonderful one!! She helped me put my bracelet back on due to me not being able to lol.

Great customer service. They prepared a new charm bracelet with 3 charms for me in under 20 minutes and were extremely nice and welcoming throughout the entire process. Granted it was slow when I went but I’m just thankful that they were willing to hurry on my order so that I wouldn’t have to return later to pick it up.

Really pleased with the workers here !!! Called to reserve a charm and lady was extremely helpful ! Ran in during my lunch break and purchased a bracelet and charm and was able to get it soldered the same day !! Staff was very professional and knowledgeable and store was very clean !!! Will be back for more presents !!!

I went to this store today to fix a problem I discovered with an engraving I had purchased a while back. I was greeted very warmly and the Manager Carissa took care of me politely and promptly!! My grandson loves the silver cross and chain I purchased at James Avery. The lady who helped was so nice and patient. Next visit will be for me!!

I pre-ordered a charm as a birthday present. Pick up was fast and easy. The sales clerk asked for the order number and my ID. I looked over the charm, then was on my way. Quick and simple. I love James Avery.

I was surprised when I found out they had opened a new James Avery so close to my house I decided to check it out. Upon arriving I was greeted and helped out, I didn’t know what I wanted but the lady was so nice and patient in helping me find some charms. Checkout was fast and easy, and the other lady was just as nice and friendly. Overall great experience, will be back for Christmas shopping!

Every time I go to Jamie Harris department store you get to find a lot of things especially silver it's pretty cheap to go the goal is pretty expensive but they always try to give you the best attention and they're very polite
