Fish Place

Food was really good and fast friendly service...

So I finally broke down and ate here. Got the 10pc boiled shrimp, extra spicy. They allowed me to substitute my sides for okra and coleslaw and the waitress was so very nice, big smile, regular check ins without overdoing it.

Can I tell you, whatever sauce they used to spice the boiled shrimp was amazing!!!! I was in awe.

It may not look fancy but I challenge it against those that are. The prices are market so may seem a bit high but let me tell you, you get what you get pay for!

I live in Florida now .. but I never forgot the awesome food & fun I had here. Wish I was there now eating their awesome catfish and watching the game. This place is the BOMB.❤💯

Fish place is awesome. Everything we've ordered from there has been the bomb! The staff is friendly and humble. Very helpful when we asked questions. My favorite side order is the Red Beans and Rice. The Tuscan potatoes is next! All of the seafood is on point but try the ribs too! OMG to died for. Great portions too. Every time we stop at Galveston for a weekend trip we have to visit Fish Place!

Food here is not worth the price. I saw roaches. And management here are so disrespectful when i told him i didn't enjoy my meal. It was over cooked and dry.

This place was awesome for lunch. Fresh hot clean neat and very friendly. We had big plate of food. Had to go it and thta pecan pie was off the chain and a huge slice. I will be back to visit this place during lunch . Looks like a great place to have a company gathering are a birthday party. Thanks for the great customer service. Oh yea and they have tv screens mirrors everywhere.

Always delicious food. I highly recommend the Boudin balls. Absolutely delicious. Stuffed pork chops are very good as well. All in all very enjoyable experience.

Best food by far that I have had in a long time

Went here tonight and got a seafood platter, From start to finish my experience was great!! Great customer service and knowledge of the menu, i can be indecisive and I was not rushed or hurried ☺ The food baybeeeeeee when I tell you I almost felt like I was back home ( NOLA) so good seasoned not to greasy and plenty food on the plate!! I will be a regular customer here!!!! 10/10

2/23/23 so I have to admit I’m a little disappointed with my food tonight I really wanted a big potato with shrimp and I guess the man misunderstood me. I misunderstood him and I ended up with just a regular mashed potato with nothing in it and then I ordered some crab balls and was given boudin balls instead 😖 and I can’t eat spicy stuff and now my mouth is on fire. I’m a little disappointed. Customer service 10/10 music is kind of loud and you can’t hear when ordering yr food

Nice little hole in the wall that turns into a lounge at some point. The food is amazing. We got the redfish poboy, catfish poboy, bacon burger, blackened catfish, loaded potato, and hush puppies. Everything was delicious and well assembled. The fish was fried for the sandwiches and the burgers were cooked perfectly and very large. We are visiting our family in Texas City and decided to drive 20 minutes for the fish. It did not disappoint. In fact, this may be our new family spot when we come in town.

I cannot began to tell you of how surprised I was experiencing this hidden gem. The food was packed with flavor and the drink menu is second to none. A flavor like no other....

Went there for lunch this past Sunday, the food and service is phenomenal! Generous portions (trust me you won’t leave hungry) l, food tasted exceptional, and salmon cooked the way we asked for it to the T!! Will definitely be back!! Y’all rocked it

Nice place to kick it unwind shoot a game of pool and have a good drink with some delicious food I love the red fish onions and fried okra.

I was very lucky to catch them before they closed the whole kitchen;. My dinner was awesome and the wait staff were very friendly including the security guard I've been eating at the fish place for at least 20 years and I will continue for the next 20 God willing.....

The food was good. The Customer Service was good. It was a little warm inside but you can expect that with Texas heat.

HOLD THE PHONE FOLKS...
This place should be put on your Bucket list when your in the area. Especially if your in the mood for Gumbo.
This was our first time here and I am here to share that the Shrimp Gumbo is the
BEST I have found anywhere around the area INCLUDING the Gumbo places on the island.
The service was EXCELLENT as well and the waitress was rite on time with anything we needed and drink refills.
Give them a try. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
