We had driven from the north part of Laredo. This was the first fast food place we saw. We were hungry!! Food was above par.

I have to say this McDonald's has got a good thing goin on. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. It's not much beyond the normal experience, but I feel like they are consistently ready for any rush at anytime of the day. I've never really been there when it's slow, so I can't vouch for that. But for a small town Mickey D's it gets 5 stars for me.

I normally would give fast food restaurants 3 stars and say that it was average but I visit this McDonald's twice a month and they are consistent in many ways. There are always plenty of employees on staff, I always get greeted by multiple employees when I come in and they quickly prepare my food correctly. They are super busy during lunch time and dinner time but that's because they do an excellent job.

The staff is really good, i am a Semi truck driver they helped me to accept my order through the drive thru, manager is so kind and helpful
the staff understand the highway truck drivers situation in this hard time of lockdown

I went during lunch time! The drive through was packed, I thought I'd have to wait at least half an hour, with in 10 minutes, I was on my way to eat! Fast service. Everyone was nice.

Carizzo springs you guys are awesome and attentive! Your food was nice and hot and employees friendly. First time great experience in a McDonald's and I had to travel 4 hours to get that kind of service

Service and everything was great, just feel bad for workers who have to work in conditions while remodeling is under way. There has got to be a Better way.
