Equinox Plano

I’ve debated sharing a review, not because this gym isn’t fantastic (it is), but because I don’t want more people going at the same time as me 😂

Equinox is a luxury gym experience which lives up to the hype. You are paying for unlimited classes, well maintained equipment, friendly staff, gorgeous locker rooms and Kheils products, nice pool, and best of all…. No crowds! Seriously… I go at noon when I can and I’m one of maybe 15 people at the gym. It’s amazing.

Side note, the customer service is incredible. I noted that there was no swim / pool equipment available, and within days they had ordered kick boards, floats, and more to use for working out. So thankful for that. For me, paying more for a gym is something I am willing to justify for my mental and physical heath. Why wouldn’t you want to go someplace you are excited about each day?

Phenomenal facility with a great staff. There are 4 levels (including the outdoor rooftop Playground) all of which are really well maintained. The gym is never overcrowded, so waiting on equipment isn't much of an issue even during peak hours. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs, plenty of barbells plus a couple trap / hex bars, powerlifting platforms, squat racks, smith machine, a variety of benches, 2-lane indoor pool that almost always has at least 1 lane open, several studios, tons of classes, really clean locker rooms with towel service, and more. Highly recommended.

I joined Equinox about two months ago after hearing about it through work, feeling it was time to start hitting the gym again. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. Antoine, the membership wizard, I'd say—was exceptionally kind and patiently answered every question I had. He gave me a comprehensive tour of the facility, and I was blown away; I'd never seen a gym that luxurious before. What really sold me were the cold essential oil towels—an indulgence I didn't know I needed. And can I just say, the Equinox app is next-level; it makes managing my workouts a breeze. I would also like to acknowledge the cleaning staff for maintaining the cleanliness of the gym. I love this gym so much; it's become my second home after work. Anyone looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Connor. He's not only understanding but always pushes me to do better. I transitioned from irregular eating and sleeping habits to consuming three balanced meals daily, and getting regular quality sleep. I've witnessed significant improvements in all facets of my life. Connor has been instrumental in helping me feel confident navigating the gym floor and using equipment correctly and effectively. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and abilities, providing invaluable guidance every step of the way.

Been coming to equinox plano since September. I absolutely love this gym and the staff!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the classes are amazing!! I love love Kristin Gonzalez’ yoga class highly recommend!!!! As well as Lauren G’s power vinyasa totally in awe of their way of teaching!! <3

Amazing place to work out. I come every morning and it’s always super clean. I especially enjoy the indoor swimming pool

Amazing gym, worth every dollar and it’s much nicer than most locations in LA while being significantly cheaper! If this gym had a sauna and a basketball court, it would be perfect👌

Two months in so far so good. Gym is very clean and well maintained. It's never that busy which is one reason I joined. I really like the top floor outdoor workout area. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Great facilities, super friendly staff, a plethora of classes, and no overcrowding issues, even at peak hours. Though expensive, you certainly get what you pay for, especially if you take full advantage of all this gym has to offer.

The gym is super clean with all the equipments up to date. The atmosphere is quite and the people working out are friendly. If you are looking for a gym that is luxurious with amazing amenities, this is the one. Look no further!

Love this gym! It has so many classes all throughout the day and there’s something for everyone. The staff and instructors are super nice and welcoming. It’s so clean and everything is always stocked up. Great gym equipment and it’s so aesthetically pleasing.

This place is amazing. All classes that I have signed up for I have felt motivated and pushed. My wife and I love going here. Can't imagine going to another gym.

This gym has changed my life. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for. I love the classes and especially the yoga class. Kristin, the instructor is so motivating and one of the reason why I joined the gym. The whole staff has been inviting and nice since day one

Great facility, Started my training sessions and I Highly recommend Leslie Jones, Very bubbly personality, knows a lot about weight loss and fitness in general, very fun to workout with and helped me achieve my goals of losing fat and packing on more muscle!

Super impressed with my experience so far. Love the variety of classes, as well as the facilities. Staff is super friendly. I can’t believe I was paying the same monthly rate at my former Pilates studio, which had far less variety (obviously) and a less flexible schedule.

What I like most about this place is that it’s not just a gym but also a community. Over the last several months I’ve gotten a chance to really know many of the instructors and it motivates me to continue going and push myself harder.

This gym is super nice, clean and large. No question about that. But the staff make the difference! Melissa with member services is phenomenal and the instructors like Katie, David, Jude, Lizzie and Coach Cam are the best!!!

It’s time to write a review for my favorite gym and I think here is the best place to say thank you so much to my favorites trainers,I have really tight schedule at work but I change my schedule to be on their classes i love Beth Vaughan(she is wonderful ), Kayla Dye(👌🏻), Jude McCarthy and Griffin Ballard they are amazing and so caring all of them teach very well and correct mistakes.
