Omaha Donuts

We’re from out of town but saw this donut shop along our route. It was definitely worth taking the time to stop in. The staff were super friendly and kind. They warm up the donuts and have great drink options. The cronuts were fantastic, along with the bearclaw. The Kolaches had a Texan twist that was kind of like a pigs in a blanket.

Every time I go to this place I am leaving with a smile and something good to eat. So very grateful for the people who make the sweeties and so glad they decided to come to omaha tx. Keep up the great work Eli 👍

Best place EVER! THEIR DONUTS ARE GREAT! The people there are great! We stopped to get donuts, I told them, it was my son's birthday and they made a donut-like cake for my son with a candle! They even lit the candle, and we all sang Happy birthday! If I could give them a 10 star rating I would!!! They went above and beyond! Excellent place to go for donuts and service!

Love small town donut ships, but this one goes above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for.

The owners are super sweet. The donuts, breakfast burritos, kolachies, etc. are always fresh and delicious. They are better than alot of the bigger donut shops around. My daughter in law says they're better than the donut shops in Plano. How's that for a small town donut shop?!

My family and I got doughnuts and kolaches for breakfast while passing through this town. I am so glad we stopped. The staff and locals were so kind and the food was delicious! We highly recommend this doughnut shop.

This place is a hidden gem in a tiny middle of nowhere town. Great, friendly service and their donuts were out of this world. I drive trains for a living so I experience allot of tiny towns and what they offer and I can honestly say Omaha Donuts is a home run.

Best donuts around, with the absolute best people making and serving donuts and other goodies. I love that they always go above and beyond and make special treats for holidays and special occasions.

They have biscuits and gravy. Also it is local people that own it, not oriental people lol no offense

Got just about everything they had! Apple pie filled bear claw was insanely good. Bacon maple was great they even did a box of assorted donut holes for us upon request. Everything we had was next level. We usually visit a diff donut shop every weekend. This has been the best one yet! Cronuts are nice too! Light and fluffy.

Awesome place really nice owners they make a grade A glaze and on the last trip to there shop they had some pizza pockets that they make in house, awesome me and my wife got one an before I left I went back in to see if I could grab another they were good but was already sold out but for sure it's worth stopping in

Omaha's best kept secret. I had the bavarian cream; the cream doesn't go in until ordered. The donut was light, fluffy like a cloud; heavenly good. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos I gifted and were enjoyed, the blueberry donuts I gifted were devoured, their blueberry scones are not typical for a scone but are moist and blueberries were big & juicy very fresh and tasty. They just started serving gravy & biscuits and I saw the biscuits being made fresh. The staff are friendly, establishment is clean, well stocked options. Hours are limited so look them up before dropping in. They open at 5AM great for early morning workers & students.

Omg the biscuits&gravy here and the cinnamon roll covered with caramel glaze, nuts and bacon are MY FAVORITES here!!! You can only get the cinnamon roll on weekends though but it's definitely worth the wait!! I love the service you get here as well!!! You are always greeted with friendly smiling faces!! Hands down this is the best donut shop around I guarantee you will feel.same way once you pay a visit to omaha donut shop too!!! I'd bet money on it!! JUST SAYING .....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I love a good donut shop. We had Round Rock Donuts in Austin area, Amy’s and Hurt’s Donuts in the DFW, and now Omaha Donuts here in this area. Eli, Sonia, and Sofan could’ve just settled for “a normal donut place”, but instead have a shop that can rival the best in the state! Their Donuts are awesome. They have gourmet flavors like maple bacon, and I just had a blueberry/raspberry scone that was delicious. Their service... just as good as their Donuts. They are super friendly, smiling, and always happy to see you. They’ve got me hooked!

TLDR: This is the place from which you want to get donuts!!!!!

So, prior to about 2 months ago, I did not really enjoy donuts. Of course, they tasted "good" but I seldom went to buy and eat a donut on my own accord.

Well, 2 months ago, I was reasoned that perhaps I just had not found the right donuts, perhaps all my donut experiences up to that point were not good. So I naturally decided to begin a quest to find the best donuts in East Texas.

To date, I gave tried Kason's donuts (Chapel Hill, Texas), all 3 Donut Palaces in Tyler (all under separate ownership and are unrelated), Whitehouse donuts (Whitehouse, Texas), Shipley's (Tyler), Donut Delight (Tyler), Sunrise donuts (Tyler). Of these, I can say that Omaha Donuts has the best customer service and the best average donut flavor. Allow me to explain with my experience on one recent Sunday morning.

I showed up to Omaha Donuts around 9am looking to try some donuts. For my family, I absolutely needed a raspberry filled donuts (for my mom - it's her favorite) and some other donuts for the rest of the fam. Unfortunately, they were out of all raspberry filled donuts. Upon completion of our order, the lady made us raspberry filled donut holes, on the house! This is the best customer service I have found yet. But it gets better.

While we waited for the lady to collect all of our donuts, my sister and I were talking. As we scoped out the chocolate cake donuts, we were talking about how neither of us had ever had a good chocolate donut. I presume that the lady heard us because she then proceeded to give us a double fudge chocolate cake donut on the house! Surprisingly, it was delicious - it was extremely chocolatey and moist!

Lastly, as a believer in constructive criticism, I will say that Omaha Donuts's apple fritters were not that good. They didn't have enough apple bits and they were too thin. They really just seemed pre-formed/not house made, unlike the other donuts I had just eaten from there.

Long story short: best donuts and best customer service I have found at an etx donut shop thus far!

I can't begin to put into words how much I love this place. Go on the weekend for the maple bacon donut. Everything they have is absolutely perfect. EASILY the best donut shop in East Texas.
