Best staff of any pharmacy I've ever used. It's more like a small town pharmacy with nice people who care about you. We moved across town but I still come here.

The pharmacists are terrific and caring. You get to speak to a pharmacist and not a tech. Rarely a wait.

3131 Holcombe Randalls is a racist and bias store when it comes to customers. Certain customers get treated differently from others particularly when it comes to ethnicity and gender re: customer service and pricing errors. As a black man both my elderly mother (87) and myself have been thrown out of the store and told we are not welcome. Jacque Gaston should be fired or terminated for her lack of leadership. Especially, telling a customer not to come back into the store. Horrible business practices, terrible bias customer service and rude / unprofessional staff.

Worst pharmacy! The person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and was not willing to look in their system to see if another store had a medication in stock. Avoid this location for your pharmaceutical needs.
