I've spent 5 weeks and lost 20 lbs. Excellent Trainer with very personalized no non sense approach. If you want to get in shape, try this gym for sure. A great atmosphere for physical fitness!

Very unprofessional and inappropriate! He actually asked when was the last time I had gotten laid as well as telling me I needed to wear tighter clothing. Then he screamed in my face when I confronted him about being unprofessional and made me uncomfortable I fired him after that.
