Rick Bivins - Texas Farm Bureau Insurance

Terrible office, i have been a farm bureau member for years and i moved to the area and i was considering moving to use this office since my other provider is over an hour away. Glad i went by there, extremely arrogant and unhelpful. I just needed consignment on a insurance check something that any farm bureau agent can do it would have saved me a lot of time and only taken 20 seconds. the phones were not ringing they were not busy they just straight up refused to do it. I called my agent and she even called their office to tell them it was fine for and agent to consign on something like this and he still refused. Absolute bull**** if you are a paying member it shouldn't matter if your policy is not through the office.
