Chico's Off The Rack

An absolutely lovely time shopping here! The two ladies working were beyond helpful and made myself and my mother feel so welcome. Rosanna and Darlene worked with us. They grabbed sizes, gave honest opinions, and helped us figure out fit! I would highly recommend stopping.

I LOVED this Chico's. Ashley and Charsalyn were wonder to take care of me. I'm not the usual older type lady that wears his brand, lol. But, I found some butter soft tank tops at another location and popped in here to get some more in different colors. Their store was neat and Charsalyn helped me find exactly what I needed and more. Also found some amazing deals on the final clearance rack!! Super star employees!! PS they even had some chairs for my husband to sit in while he waited on me. He wound up making a friend :)

Employees are very helpful and friendly. I stopped in the other day for the very first time and I ended up buying an outfit. The Associate who was helping me was very friendly and made my shopping a whole lot easier. I will be going back soon

I'm 48 and my body is going through unwanted changes. My self esteem is pretty low and I'm uncomfortable in my own skin. Today, my husband took me to the Tanger Outlet and we stumbled into Chico's. I hate shopping because nothing ever fits right so, I had reservations about this whole shopping trip from the start. A salesperson approached me and I expressed my thoughts about being there but I needed a change. I have never had someone so willing and edgar to change my attitude about shopping and my self hate. Ms. Elizabeth started ripping items off the rack and, everything FIT !
I was so taken back how she just jumped in and made me feel beautiful in the clothes we picked out or was honest enough to tell me which outfits were a "no go" I immediately informed her that she is now my forever stylist and I can't wait to see her again.
Ms. Elizabeth, I can't thank you enough for all your help and for just being you ! You really helped me out of a funk and brought out my happy today. Big hugs !!

Staff was friendly. Lots of variety and I finally got to use my gift card.
