La Barbaqoa Co.

This place is good for being in Carrizo Springs, Texas. I highly recommend it! I got the brisket fries and a brisket sandwich. Very good flavors.

I have never had any issues with ordering delicious barbacoa from La Barbaqoa Co. The food is always great and not greasy, has wonderful flavor, and the service is always speedy and good! No complaints here!

Found this Gem on a trip. Best brisket tacos I have ever had. The meat was soft and so yummy! The salsa was delicious. Homemade tortillas, not from HEB like most places. Highly recommend!

We had the 3 meat dinner with sides. Chicken, brisket and ri s. All 3 equally amazing. Beans were different and yummy. Rice just right. The owner gave us a free tast of potatoes salad. All yummy. Definitely highly recommend. We only wish we lived closer. We were down here to deliver some mules for a client.

Cease and desist! Barbaqoa Co., is the crown jewel of Carrizo Springs. Their delicious breakfasts & lunch tacos are "all of it” in flavor, texture, and taste . At first glance, the restaurant does not seem very big, but it is a matter of entering to realize the fame is in the wood-burning-pit meats. Thank you on behalf of all gluttonous souls.

Food, service, prices great, very nice people.

A few years ago Field and Stream wrote about Stripes Tacos as a place you had to go eat if you came to south Texas to hunt or fish. Clearly they didn't go here. This place is incredible!

Great food. A little pricey but worth it. But what isn't pricey not now. I know I will be back next weekend.

Awesome brisket tacos.

I got the wildcat. Which was a huge taco consisting of refried beans, potato, egg, cheese and thick slices of tender brisket. Delicious.
