I had a great experience using this storage unit the past 6+ months. Hailey is extremely, friendly and provides great service. The unit and space are very clean and safe. And it is very appropriately priced. I would highly recommend this storage space. Thank you, Hailey, for the friendly service.

Nice facility! Clean and well managed. The manager Hailey made the process so quick and smooth to get the paperwork done and we were able to get our stuff moved in right away!

This storage facility is in a fantastic place since so many young ppl with changing lives live close by. The staff has been very easy to work with since I got this unit 2 yrs ago, came back after a while and needed the works, lost key, car full of belongings & Hailey from the desk performed Jesus-like miracles for me so that I could get this done quickly. I was so impressed that she was able to tackle so many tasks as a customer service representative & cut off my lock like it was nothing. She was so insanely helpful & I felt compelled to leave some feedback.

They were amazing. They immediately had an open spot for an emergent need. They were courteous and very helpful. I absolutely love Hailey.

The staff were wonderful to work with! This is the first time I ever needed to rent a storage unit and they made the whole process so easy for me. They had great advice and helped me find a unit that was just right for my needs.

I’ve utilized Signal Mountain self storage for approximately 6 years. I’ve leased/rented both climate controlled and uncontrolled storage. The staff has been excellent to work with and I’ve had no issues with my storage units. In my opinion, a great place to do business with.

Communication with Dalton has been outstanding. She replies quick and answers all questions satisfactorily. We made arrangements long distance sight unseen other than online photos. Once we finally arrived in person to complete the rental transaction, we were very pleased and comforted knowing our personal items will be stored at this facility. Highly recommend Signal Mountain Self Storage.

Jeanette was fabulous helping me try to find a solution for parking a trailer. Unfortunately it didn't work out for us but I appreciate her legwork and her willingness to help.

Location is very secure and clean. The property is completely fenced in; to enter you must go through a coded access gate. My unit is indoors so there’s an additional key code required to enter the building. Process for getting the unit was simple, I did it online. Within minutes of completing my request for a unit online, the unit was ready for me to start transporting goods into. They have big heavy duty carts (approximately 3ft wide X 5ft long) so that you can easily transport your goods from your vehicle to your unit with minimal lifting. A couple cons: it’s not 24/7 and the cost. When I got my unit, it was half price the first month but there was an admin fee and lock fee so that brought me back up to full price. Plus, you’re forced to pay for insurance. I feel like part of paying the monthly amount should be the security of your property. I still gave 5 stars because it’s located in a great part of town, not even 2 miles from my home, and it’s very clean and secure.

Excellent service. Found perfect size unit I was looking for. Very convient and easy access. Dalton did a great job with helping me complete my agreement. Very pleased. Have had the unit now for a few months. This helps me to be better organized with my supplies.
