I took my vehicle to this shop yesterday for the first time. I'm not that mechanically savvy, but I ended walking away much more educated on understanding my vehicle's routine maintenance schedule based on its mileage; from how the parts of my vehicle work that currently needed replacing to how to spot scammers from other non-PRO car care facilities.

This is a legit PRO Auto Servicing business that will do what is in the best interest of the customer and will advise and recommend accordingly any and all necessary routine maintenance servicing and repairs. Based on my first experience, I had a budget, and the shop was able to stay within that budget. There was a service recommended based on my mileage that did go slightly over that budget, but they communicated that before doing the repair. It gave my wife and I the opportunity to discuss whether or not we wanted to go over that budget to repair what was needed. All in all, we got quality service with high quality parts with a vehicle that works and runs a lot better after the fact. Overall, their mechanical knowledge, step by step communication and sincere care for the customer, is truly top-notch!

I definitely recommend ALL PRO to anyone looking for a worry-free, high quality auto care servicing experience. In fact, this place was so good I'm even contemplating driving out of my home state more often to bring my vehicle down here for any and all future routine maintenance needs.

I cannot express to you how much I appreciate the people at all pro auto care. Brought my 2004 town car in after a spark plug blew out. I had had my car in their shop six months prior having some other work done including switching out my spark plugs. The thought had not even crossed my mind that some thing they did could have caused my current issue. Yet, when I arrived to pay whatever it cost to fix the issue I was told that they were going to cover the cost as there was just a slightest chance something might not have been completely tighten down during my visit earlier in the year. I wouldn’t have brought it up. Never even crossed my mind. These folks lived up to their work without anyone asking. It is hard to find people you trust to service your machines at times. I know I have found a place I can trust in All Pro Autocare.

This is a phenomenal auto shop, looked at and fixed an issue in my steering wheel all in one day. They explained in detail what the issue was and how exactly they were going to fix it. Not to mention Jill at the front is a delight!

I rented a box truck from here, and accidentally locked my keys in the truck while dropping it off after hours. The owner met me within 10 minutes. Hard to find customer care like that these days. I will now drive out of my way to use them in the future.

Jill and the team at All Pro always do a great job on my Subaru, and it is hard finding shops willing to work on Subarus. I've been using them for three years now, and the experience is always very positive. When my brakes stopped functioning properly I took the car to them and Jill found a replacement master cylinder, new, at an incredible price. Their prices are very fair, but I continue to go back to them because I feel they are very honest. The most important aspect of any service company is whether or not I feel I can trust them, and All Pro has my complete trust.

Honest and helpful. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic in this day and age, but I really trust All Pro. Brought my car in for a diagnosis on my transmission, and although I didn't necessarily receive the best news about my car, Jill made sure I knew all of my options and understood the details of the diagnosis.

Jill and Dave are simply the best people to work with. I have made several trips with 2 different cars the past 2 weeks and Dave is very honest, quick and his pricing is very fair. I had a check engine light stay on on one of my trips and he explained all the options I had to correct it. I highly recommend All Pro, great place, great people!

One of the best shops you will find. Great prices and quality work. I recently needed a quick repair and they were able to get me in same day with a diagnosis and fix in a couple of hours. Vehicle is now running great and couldn’t be happier. I appreciate how well they communicate and keep you informed of what’s going on with your vehicle. This is a place you can trust and I’ll continue to use them for my auto repair needs.

As a woman, I love the way Jill can explain my car's problems to me without a lot of jargon or BS, or talking down to me. She's amazing. From the first time I limped in to their shop with a shredded serpentine belt, Jill and Dave have given my family nothing but the most professional and personal care. We gladly drive past a dozen other shops to be sure we're getting the straightest talk and the most thorough care for our vehicles. After over ten years, we've become great friends, and I'd trust them with my life.

I have been taking my car to All Pro Autocare for years now. Whether it's just for an oil change, or for major repairs, they've proven to be the best at what they do. I got excellent customer service from Jill, who always was able to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I would understand. She was happy to show me the parts that broke and tell me how they would fix it. Pricing was good compared to other auto repair shops I've used. Really a wonderful place to bring your car.

I have a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. It had many issues: brakes, leaky valve cover gasket, struts, belts, etc. I took my poor car to All Pro Autocare, Inc. in Wylie. I was given an estimate for the repairs, which I considered fair and below estimates from 2 other repair shops. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. I, now, enjoy driving my car, again. Jill was amazing, very knowledgeable and honest. She was very straight forward about what needed to be done and what it was going to cost. I will be taking my car to All Pro, again, if needed. It is nice to find a place you can trust. I used to work on my own cars, so I am not ignorant when it comes to repairs. So, I know, if someone is trying to "take" me. I didn't have that problem here.

I have been going to All Pro for many years now for all of my cars. They give excellent services and their work is always top notch. All Pro has always given me good / sound advice on the maintenance of my vehicles and when a problem does occur, they respond quickly and professionally. I trust them, not only with the my vehicle but also with the cars my wife and daughter drive everyday. As far as pricing, I have always found them to be more than fair and they always explain in detail (and in writing) the work done and cost for each step. I could not recommend them any higher. All Pro is my shop for life or for as long as I am living in north Texas anyway.

My husband has been going here for 10 years now and they've serviced three of his vehicles, his son's cars, and recently, our friend's girlfriend's BMW. Her car went into "limp mode" and another place wanted $2100 to do what All Pro could do for $1300, so she took her car to All Pro, upon our suggestion. They fixed the issue but because it's a BMW and they like to make it impossible for you to have your car fixed anywhere else and without spending a lot of money, she had to have the vehicle towed to BMW for them to clear the electronic code in order to drive it again. (This is one of many reasons we love our Toyotas and Infinitis and won't drive a BMW!) Jill at All Pro felt bad that our friend had to spend another $400+ for the tow and fix at BMW, so she refunded her $200 to cover part of the cost, even though she didn't have to. That's how ethical she is and one of the reasons why my husband continues to give them business. They're a small, family-owned shop but they do great work and take care of their customers.

We started using Dave and Jill when they worked out of their home. For years they took good care of us. We moved to a different city a couple of years ago and haven't found a good mechanic. Thank you for the many years of good service.

Been using All Pro Autocare since 1998, before they moved to Martinez Ln. They've done our brakes, transmission service, Body Control Module issues, alignments. We have them inspect used vehicles before We buy because We trust their evaluations. Will keep going there until they retire.

Highly recommend them for any repairs from cars to trailers . I’ve been here a lot of times . And seen them working on everything . Very nice honest people . Most places say you have all these problems with your car when yo I take it to them , but here they know exactly what it is and don’t try to add things .
