Extra Space Storage

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage! Michele greeted me warmly and provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything about the storage options and rates clearly. I felt confident in choosing this location thanks to her help. 10/10 would recommend!

Jessica offered and provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable when offering information and providing storage rates. She was well rounded, quick and precise when showing the property. Once we returned to the office, her expertise was evident, as we were complete with the entire process in about 20 minutes. Superb!

Since my first phone call, Jessica has been very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Having your stuff in storage is definitely a task. But the task becomes easier when you have people who are there to help and genuinely care about your experience and their job.

Jessica has been great, no matter the experience. Having her there, has made my decision to rent with extra space storage the best decision.

I have been looking for a place to store some of my belongings I was really happy with the location it looked clean and well maintained Michele was nice enough to answer the questions I had she seemed really patient and wasn’t pushy.

WHEN I ENTERED THE FACILITY MICHELLE GREETED ME PLEASANTLY, SHE EXPLAINED ALL THE DETAILS SHOWED ME THE UNIT AND IT WAS CLEAN, I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HER ASSISTANCE, AND WHEN I LEFT I FORGOT TO ASK A COUPLE OF MORE QUESTIONS SHE ANSWERED THEM OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT ANY HESITATION, I'M WELL PLEASED WITH HER KINDNESS!!!

Jessica was a 10/10 customer service representative. I had a small issue, called in, she quickly returned my call, & offered to show me how easy it was to figure out my issues. Once we figure it out she still wore the same smile 😊 100% would rent here again

So first off Jessica and Michele are freaking amazing so helpfull, friendly and make everything super easy.

The office was empty when I arrived but there was a contact number and note so the young lady responded right away, answered my questions with a smile, and helped me with courteous service.

I love using the storage. It is extra clean. Customer service is awesome and easy to work with!

Just wanted to leave a review on my experience today. I didn't end up renting at this store but the lady there was very helpful. She directed me to the fairview heights store where I will be storing my stuff. It is closer to my house so I appreciate that. Thanks again

I call and went by a few days before I did everything online. By the time I was done online, and heading to the storage location everything was done.
I received a text and email with everything I needed. My lock and everything was placed inside my unit. The customer service here is amazing.
I didn’t catch her name, but she is very nice, professional, sweet, and made everything so easy and hassle/stress free!!!!

So far so good with my unit. I’m happy with the size of the unit chose and the price I was able to secure by reserving the unit online. The check in process was simple yet detailed with all that I’d need to know while renting from Extra Storage Space and the staff at this facility has been helpful during the move in process.

Milad was the gentleman on the phone when i rented my storage unit. He was so precise, he answered every question i had for him and was clear and sure with his answers. The rental process was so easy and when i got to the facility, my gate code was ready, the pin pad greets you by name, and just as promised my unit was clean, there was a large 4 wheel dolly for convienence, and my lock was waiting inside the unit (very good quality lock also). This was all done and ready before i could drive 1.8 miles to the facility! I can't brag on Milad enough, he was so down to Earth, very friendly, i was immediatly comfortable speaking to him, has excellent customer service with patience to boot, and his humor actually turned my horrible day around. I will never rent storage space from another company again!!!

I would like to say that Tyra was a pleasure to work with getting my first storage unit ever. She greeted me with a smile😀😍 and gave me all the information I need on my storage unit etc. I hope I get speak with her again if I need help with anything. Michelle was also a gem,very sweet and great customer service as well. Thank you again

Very clean and I love the fact that their storage can be obtained and accessed any day of the week. Just by going on their website and filing out the paperwork and paying. You will be emailed or texted your code to get in, and your lock will be by your storage unit door when you get there. Awesome! They make it less stressful.
