This location has a great selection! Very big and clean, too.
The employees were very friendly and helpful too.

What a great selection and amazing customer service. I usually go to the one by my house but this one is so much bigger and had absolutely everything I needed to complete my party. Definitely will be coming back for future events!

Only place in town that had baseball favor bags. So many cute baseball themed party favors and decor too! Did online order pickup so was quick and easy to get my items. Will be back!

I didn’t want to come here because they’ve been so unhelpful in the past but everyone was super helpful and friendly. Molly was very sweet and really patient with me and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service for a balloon bouquet. Thanks!

Great store, way cheaper than Spirit Halloween, I love it. They got many options and varieties!!!

Customer service was fantastic!! I had to ask for help more than once and I appreciated the prompt and kind response each time. I found some great stuff for my friends color themed birthday that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else such as the black balloons 72 ct and black candy ohh I almost forgot the bags and ties for long pretzels that was an awesome find.

Great variety but, well stock. Limited supplies on items. Employees are like walking zombies.

Went to buy balloons and decorations for our daughter's birthday. The lady at checkout was a great help in ensuring I knew how long some of my balloon selections would stay inflated. This was extremely helpful as the celebration was going to be the next day. She helped me find an alternative and the party was a success! Thank you for your thorough service!

I shopped there on a tight deadline ; one hour to gather things and beat traffic to pick up my toddler from school . I was greeted as soon as I came in. I was asked by three persons if I needed any help and then the cashier was super helpful in trying to locate something they didn't end up having. It is surprising to be out of beach balls before Memorial weekend so that should have been better stocked for the pool party and big holiday. Since it's not their fault ; I'm still sticking with the high rating. Clean bathroom, organized store , lots of great items in their inventory overall. I did find other things not on my list but that made me really happy to buy and not rely on Oriental trading who takes too long to ship any last minute item with their really high shipping prices. Anyway, I'm thankful to be able to go into a store versus rely only on online sales.

I am greeted everytime I walk in and am always asked if I need help within 5 minutes of entering. The balloon area is very organized and efficient! I have never had a problem with unspecified questions nor return policies,I highly recommend this store for any party needs

Witnessed an interaction between an employee (manager?) And customer. Despite the customer being unreasonable and yelling at the employee, the employee kept her cool and remained professional. The customer was unruly, making unreasonable demands, changing her story, and yelling at the employee even after the customer was transitioned to another employee to process a special transaction. The employees who helped me were all kind, friendly, and while there was a bit of a wait, there were plenty of signs explaining that the store was understaffed and working to correct the issue, as most places are here after the struggles of the pandemic.

Please be kind to people in service. Many places are running understaffed right now.

Laura provided the best customer service over the phone even while handling multiple clients in front of her. She knows how to multi task and stay polite while getting things done! Thank you Laura!

Great crew working at this store! I can’t sing their praises enough. They helped me put together balloon arrangements for a party. One of the employees also saw me struggling with decorations and ran to help me and grabbed me a basket. On the day I went to pick up my balloon order I had forgotten my receipt, but they recognized me and gave me a pass. I was so relieved.

Great customer service and it's super organized.. Pretty easy to find what you are looking for quickly.

The employees are amazing especially the guy training while helping customers hey new guy great job. The manager needs to be fired definitely not the example you wanna set for any future employees.

I have to rave on the balloon department of this Party City. I went in Friday to place an order for my son’s birthday party, I needed a number 8 in black they looked high and low and found the last one. They didn’t give up looking! They were friendly and took care of me. The young lady who helped me when I picked them up was amazing (wish I would have gotten her name, shame on me!) she was fabulous! She offered to put them in a bag for me which I’ve never been asked in my previous orders! Then she she offered to cut off some of the length of the string which again has never been offered to me! Thanks for making my pickup easy and asking those simple questions!

Had a nice little party inside. Lots of Karen's came through peacefully. Never seen em that close. Very neat. Definitely not a big enough establishment to be calling themselves a city however.
