Front desk was friendly (even by Southern standards) but still very efficient.

For instance, we were in town to visit friends and family and happened to drive past the hotel, so we stopped in to see if they’d let us check in a few hours early. The agent said our room wasn’t clean yet, but since it wasn’t busy at the front desk, she moved us to another room on the fly so we could drop our bags and “freshen up.”

No complaints from my family group that was there. I just stayed the weekend of December 8th -10th 2023. We was surprised with the wine & snacks. We would like room 301 to always be our personal room when I stayed if it's available.

I was traveling with my two young children and all of the employees were so kind to all of us. The employees were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had many great options for adults and kids alike. The mini waffles were delicious and the employees were always offering assistance with my two young children. I needed milk for my baby at night and the front desk employee offered to fill it for me at no charge even though I offered to pay for milk. There was always fresh coffee available in the lobby area. We truly felt welcome and cared for- I will definitely stay here again!
The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a refrigerator. Our bathtub handle did break but they offered us a new room. I didn’t want to move since I had two little ones, but they gave us keys to shower and bathe in a vacant room just next door. Things break and I feel like this hotel truly did care and wanted to make things better for us. Great customer service and humanity!

We had a comfortable stay and were well cared-for by the staff. Breakfast had good variety and I always love the all-day Hampton Inn coffee station (which has actually good coffee!!!). As a Hilton Honors member, I have stayed in many Hamptons and this one goes above and beyond.

Hotel is a little dated, but not a bad place to stay. We were in for the Masters Tournament; this is a great option if looking for somewhere to stay during that week. Staff is super friendly, decent breakfast with made to order omelets, and most everyone there seemed to be staying for the same reason during Masters week.

So rooms a little dated but overall guest experience was awesome, my daughter loved the waffle bar, my boyfriend liked breakfast as well so nice. Angel and miss Debbie were so kind. They give u complimentary coffee, tea and cookies at nite. I work with hotels and thanks y’all I enjoyed my stay we will be back

Overall excellence. Exceptional customer service. Sizeable rooms, hot showers and breakfast is a hit. Clean outdoor pool. A tad of noise from being on the road side, however hardly noticeable from inside (from my 1st floor room).

I had a delightful stay here. Phillip and Angel are GREAT and I appreciated y'all more than you can imagine.
I was in town to lay my Daddy to rest and it was a very difficult time for me but the genuine hospitality and care I received was so needed and very much appreciated.
An extra thanks to Phillip who went out of his way to make sure I woke up in time for the service in the morning after getting in so late at night and 2 & 1/2 days of driving from SoCal - I was exhausted beyond measure.
My gratitude is extended to you for eternity.

Spent a night here passing through on my motorcycle, and absolutely intend to stay here on the way back and in the future.

Everything was super clean and easy. Zaina is amazing and was extremely accommodating of me. They should make a commercial out of her and this place, I swear.

My room was thoroughly cleaned, with those little seals over everything. They were serving breakfast but I didn't end up staying to get any, which I regret. The surrounding area was pleasant as well, with everything you could need nearby.

Stay was perfect. Front desk staff helped with a couple of check out requests we had. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was hot with amazing pressure. Those three things make a stay. The willingness of the staff to accommodate our requests and then checking in with us to make sure everything was acceptable put it one above. Definitely recommend this location for anyone staying near.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Joyelle Lew was beyond helpful with getting us a group rate and helping us to reserve our rooms. Marcia M. provided excellent customer service at the hotel during our entire stay. We were here for a baseball tournament and Marcie was beyond helpful to me and the parents of the 23 kids on our teams. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there were several good restaurants in the area. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional customer service! Our room was very clean, very comfortable bed and I loved my pillow! The complimentary breakfast was amazing! A huge thank you the Ella Mae for her hard work and dedicated service in preparing our breakfast. She was very kind and went above and beyond! Thank you. We will be back!

This hotel has such a lovely hometown feel! The staff was the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed in!! Clean, comfortable, and delicious well attended breakfast. The pool was sparkling clean. I can't say enough of how great our stay was. Every staff member greeted us and asked if we needed anything. They even called us a few minutes after we left to tell us we left a blouse! STAY HERE! I know we will again soon!

Comfortable, clean rooms as expected, but the hospitality was over the top. Friendliest hotel I've stayed at and the breakfast was delicious and staff were so accommodating to every need. Our lunch grab bag was a special treat that tided us over on the trails at Hitchcock Woods. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel and rooms themselves were very clean. And the restaurants nearby were excellent to choose from.

Overall Hampton Inn is a solid hospitality brand you can count on around the country but special props to the Aiken, South Carolina property. Last night a major storm came through knocking out Dish service, also I had a water leak in my room. Everyone from front desk personnel to the manager on duty jumped into action. They reassigned my room quickly, and when I came down to the lobby early this AM the great breakfast spread was ready while still dealing with impact of storm all with a friendly smile and being helpful. Because of their work and demeanor this property has the right mix of leadership and customer service.
