I’ve been renting cars at Enterprise’s South Mingo Road location in Tulsa, OK since early 2023. Although my experience has always been great, I’ve never left a review. Today’s the day!

If you want a quick and friendly car rental experience with a neighborhood touch, this is your place.

All the staff here have been great- especially Darius S.. Darius brings a level of attention to detail to each interaction we’ve had remembering both past conversations and rental preferences. With his professional demeanor and exceptional customer service, he makes Enterprise stand out in my mind above many other options.

Darius met me at the door and had me in my rental car in what felt like 5 minutes. Very professional.

Only complaint is high has nothing to do with Darius is that the payment I was quoted online versus what I paid at the store different. Everything is getting more expensive so this is no surprise.

Highly recommend enterprise especially if you are a Cost Co member. (Use Cost Co travel website)

Employees were very accommodating. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They did miss a few things when examining the car they leased to me, but they were quick to correct it. These were things I did not notice either until I got in the car to drive it.
Great experience overall and would recommend them and use them again!!

I worked with Conner, Darius and Lara for pick up and drop off. They were all extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I have rented from this location multiple times and my experience has always been great.

When we travel or just need a rental car, our first choice is Enterprise.
They are friendly, efficient, and the vehicles well maintained.
The remote locations located around town are very convenient.

They were great they came picked me up at the body shop and then when it was time to turn my rental in they took me back to my car the folks there were very friendly the young man that helped me was extremely helpful and I enjoyed our conversation.

I'm very pleased with the Enterprise at 101st & Mingo. Darius was so amazing. He was so helpful with assisting me with the accommodations of my rental. He provided the best customer service by going over and above my expectations. I highly recommend this location.

TJ was great with my check out and Lara was equally great with the vehicle check in. Both made this experience with Enterprise a pleasure.

I Recently was in a car accident & needed a rental car this location I was very pleased with they picked me up had a car ready was very nice & quick I had everything done less then 20min..I would definitely Recommend & use there Services again 👍

We rented an SUV for a family trip to St. Louis (with short notice)...we chose ENTERPRISE for this VOYAGE; we were surprised when Justin at this location provided an upgraded vehicle from our original reservation (at no additional expense for US!). The vehicle was clean, the tank was full and checkout was easy. The manager on duty quickly checked us back in after the trip. We recommend Enterprise's rental services due to their dependability and professionalism.

Good service and fast.....and I got a BWM 3 series (330i X drive) for an "economy" car, lol. I'll take that all day. I will update this review if needed, still driving the rental B'mer while my car is in the shop.

I've rented several cars this year from the Mingo location and the staff there are wonderful. They are quick and address all needs and questions efficiently.

Darius was a fantastic help when turning our car in. He ensured the car was changed from a retail account to our insurance covering it. He was thorough in explaining our cost and our refund. Great job!!

Rented a jeep rubicon for a cabin trip down south in Oklahoma. I had an amazing time and so grateful to the enterprise team for their great customer service. Good customer service but a little too busy for 9:00 on Saturday. Could have used more help. But everyone was as efficient as possible. Once it was my turn I got right through. I had a reservation and I highly recommend you have one.

The checking the car in was very smooth. TJ was efficent and very nice.

Rented a big van for six people last weekend, the folks at 101st and Mingo made the process quick and simple. Very satisfied. Turning the van back in took less than five minutes. David did a great job for us.
