Great place for chocolate strawberries. Great customer service. They didn't have what I was looking for. So they stopped and made it. How do you beat that?

This was the freshest most delicious edible arrangements I have ever received. The pineapple slices were the ripest ever and the apples were so crisp and fresh. The chocolate covering was also expertly dipped and perfect!!

The fruit basket was well design and very sweet. The delivery lady was very nice T he gift recipient was very pleased.

I dealt with a guy named Joseph he was an awesome guy and great customer service

Called at 4:30 asked if there was any fruit left over by chance. Unfortunately some family dropped the ball for grandmas birthday. Luckily as late in the evening as it was. I spoke to a very sweet young lady who asked what I was looking for and made my grandma this for her birthday. She was so nice and also quick I really do appreciate it. Thanks so much!

I had the best and most patient delivery driver in all of Charleston! I was not able to pick up my order at the designated location due to complications on my end and Tim was patient and understanding and was able to go above and beyond to deliver my valentines edibles that was sent by my wonderful husband. I haven't seen services like this in a very long time and felt very special and appreciated. First time shopper and so I called the store in Charleston, SC and spoke with Cory on-site. Explained my concerns about what the gift box would look like and what was included. He told me not to worry he would put his eyes on the order and make sure it was exactly as we discussed. It arrived and they were thrilled! I ordered a birthday fruit gift for my sister. She was thoroughly thrilled with the llok and the freshness of everything. I always have such good experiences with Edible Arrangements whether in Charleston, SC or Phoenix, AZ. Who doesn't like a variety of fresh fruit when it comes looking so wonderful!!

From Brandy, with whom I placed my order to Elizabeth who was determined to deliver my order, even though no one was there to accept the delivery.

I called last minute to have a delivery that day as I am out of state and my daughter who is living in Charleston was having a bad day/week. Not only did they deliver but my daughter called to tell me how nice they were. They took the time to ask her how she was and talk with her. It made her so happy and nothing could have been better for us. The product is always good but this service was just incredible!

The best customer experience I’ve had! I placed an order Saturday night to send my parents and aunt an arrangement. It was deliver Monday afternoon. They both got a phone call saying it would be arriving soon and it arrived within 30 minutes! The arrangements arrived perfect. The fruit was super fresh! Will be ordering again from this location!

Amazing delivery. Elizabeth, who was delivering an edible arrangement to my house, didn’t want to leave my chocolate and fruit out in the heat for me to find ruined after I got home from work hours later. She not only tracked me down and delivered my edible arrangement to the other side of Charleston, but also saved another perishable package (it was my birthday) that was left on my porch by a different driver. Thank you Elizabeth!

I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful (and patient!) people working at this location!! Neil and Charlotte have been exceptionally gracious to my mishaps with not realizing how delivery, pick up, etc worked. Wanted to make my husband’s birthday special while he was away at training (2hr time difference and several states away) and it didn’t go as well as I thought it would in my mind lol. But they have been so amazing dealing with my constant calls and changes with all the twists and turns. I am beyond grateful to you all and so thankful I chose Edible Arrangements to help celebrate my husband. 🤗

My son and wife had their first son and I decided to send an editable arrangement cuz of the COVID-19... this location attended to each of my continuous calls! Very attentive, offer great customer service and definitely proactive! My only nich is I had asked for the teddy bear to be wrapped in plastic due to COVID-19 and that wasn’t accomplished... otherwise all was perfect. Thanks for all your service on making my son’s and wife day extra special 💯

really between 4 and 5 stars. I was shocked at the price of the arrangement, but thrilled with the delivery, on Christmas Eve to some friends who live out of town. It was delivered almost as soon as I made the order, and I believe the delivery was free! Everyone loved the fruit!!

Ordered a small dessert platter for our anniversary; delivered by a friendly gentleman who took a picture of the delivery. It lasted us 3 days and was both pretty and delicious!

Great service and everything turned out better than expected! Corey was so helpful and patient! I will definitely be back!
