Purple Haze Smoke Shop

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about as I’ve never run into an issue with them being closed when I’ve tried to visit. Maybe I just get lucky and always hit it at the right times, but regardless, I drive out of my way to come to this location. They have a quality selection of delta products (albeit, a small selection). The staff is always super friendly, especially the girl with the blue hair (not sure what her name is but she’s awesome!!). Visually, the inside of the store is pretty bland, but that’s NBD when I’m only spending 5 minutes somewhere, ya know?

Very nice and clean. Face mask are required. I had one but the couple that came in after me did not. The employee told them there are disposable face mask on the wall free of charge. I thought that was nice. I didn't catch the young man name but he was more than helpful.

Best customer experience I have ever had in a smoke shop to this day. Rick, thanks again for being so accommodating and helping us find the product with the best quality. It’s always so nice to have a knowledgeable and kind sales/customer service representative. Keep up the incredible work there Rick, you make the place lively and worth the drive that we made all the way over from North Charleston. Purple Haze just gained three new loyal and regular customers thanks to Rick!

Great customer service.

As I walked up to my apartment to cristen my new glass, the manufacturer's packaging opened up and shot my water pipe out at 100 mph. It was at this moment that the whole family next door witnessed poor old me holding a smashed water pipe with a single tear rolling down my check.

I immediately hopped in my car to go buy another with no expectation of a bad luck return policy. Not only did they get me a new piece, but slides too. I was so happy I bought a vape too.

Wonderful Staff!! Amazing products and a HUGE selection. I needed something small enough to hide from my wife and kids in the garage (man cave), but something that was smooth and high-quality. Rich helped me find the perfect piece, the ZOB Bubbler, and he was so happy to help!! Excellent experience and the best selection in the state. Highly recommended!

Staff was very happy and helpful. They knew exactly what I was looking for and had me ready to go in minutes. Although some items were obviously overpriced due to the fact that they were handmade not machine made.

Has everything you'd need. Prices are reasonable and tons of things are in stock. I interrupted the clerk's breakfast, but she was very gracious and helpful anyways. Will definitely come back.

I love this store! The employees are wonderful and they have the best prices and selection anywhere in Charleston, hands down. They have made a regular customer out of me, and they cut the tax for military members and spouses.

Best smoke shop in Charleston by far! Huge selection of glass and kratom...and they always have a ton of disposables to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My go to shop in town.

They had a nice selection of items and the guy was very helpful. They have some cute and hilarious signs inside. Very tongue in cheek.😜

The staff are friendly and have good knowledge of the products they sell. Just remember, all the smoking products they carry are for 'Tobacco' only ha ha. I've been to this location and the one in Mount Pleasant. Both are great

Neat clean friendly service. The young lady who works Sundays is very knowledgeable on CBD Oils prices and best options for medicinal use and for vaping. Good prices. Lots of other tobacco needs if you are looking.

Rick was such a great help! He knew all his stuff. He has a great attitude and customer service. Definitely have gained a loyal customer bc i will be back for sure just bc of Rick!!!!!
