I lost a very close relative and the staff was so kind, compassionate and most importantly understanding. They assisted with ideas that was befitting of the decedent and his lifestyle to include things that closely reflected his love of sportsbikes. Lastly, Desiree was wonderful and Mrs. Barbara became a new grandmother

Ms. Barbara was a pleasure to work with. Her and her staff were very professional and comforting in our time of need. They made sure everything was done to my family’s liking and I would definitely recommend them.

The worst service I've ever encountered by anyone! 😡 I called for information about my husband and I was still in shock and crying trying to apologize for crying while talking to her, I was greeted with "Tears will get you nowhere with me." And "what you crying for?" My husband and father of my children had JUST passed away! Deeply disturbing to say the least. 😥 If I could rate it *-5* that would be better.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My dear aunt passed and they just basically threw her in the casket. They allowed outsiders to change the obituary and had the names wrong. The speaker even said my aunt name wrong. Please avoid this place for your love ones sake.
