Went in for a Teeth Cleaning on March 27, and had a GREAT experience. Everyone was so sweet and nice to me. And made my teeth feel brand new! I’ll be seeing them for Fillings and Wisdom Teeth Removal as well. And will be recommending any family and friends that need Dental work as well! Thanks for making me feel comfy!

My kids and I have been patients for quite awhile, and I’ve always been pleased by their service and bedside manner. Today, I experienced extraordinary service by the receptionist, Whitney! She went above and beyond her customer service by checking to ensure the correct dental codes were used for my new insurance. I am so appreciative of her patience and care and her pleasant demeanor!

Dr. Josie Silva Lopes and whole team are awesome. I just love all the ladies here they are so friendly and their work is amazing. My kids also love them. Highly recommend :)

Very annoying check in process called to the desk multiple times. Overall was not impressed with this location. My experience started off bad but the Doctor was so nice and Tiffany at the front desk was super sweet!

I've been going to Lane & Associates for many years and at multiple locations. My experience at their Cary location and the staff there are the best I've encountered. Super friendly, conversational, and informative in all the right ways. I really felt like a patient being cared for rather than told do this, this, and this, and see you next time.

Wish I could remember her name, but my hygienist was above and beyond the best I've experienced and I look forward to my next visit here.

The Dental Hygienist was kind, professional, she did great job cleaning my teeth, very helpful in helping me look for an electric toothbush that would be good for me, answered questions that l had asked her and was a good listener and communicator.

Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful greetings at the front desk. Hygienist and Assistant very attentive with helpful education. Documentation thorough and individualized. Thank you for the Saturday follow up appointment that definitely accommodates my schedule!

I am throughly amazed at this entire dental office! The staff is amazing, personable, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate! I was extremely nervous to try a new dental office, since I’ve only had one in life from childhood that retired at the start of COVID. Within 1 min of check in my nerves began to calm, by the end of my visit I was laughing and smiling with everyone! Oh I must mention the ART ROOM, it’s the cutest and most productive noise minimizing room in the waiting area intended for children, but I’m sure any age is welcome. It’s a wonderful idea to have the drawing paper on a roll, pulling down the wall, allowing children to draw on the paper wall at eye level. Now I’m considering adding this idea to my nephews room! I highly recommend this location! I’m telling everyone I know since the minute I left the parking lot! If you’re looking for an amazing all women staff this is exactly where you need to be! Call them now!

Stacy was great! She was very personable during my cleaning and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. If I had to describe her service in one word, it would be "meticulous." Thanks Stacy!

I love Lane and Associates in Cary NC. Everytime we come, we are greeted with a smile. Both of my sons are spoiled rotten every visit. They take their time and make you feel very comfortable with any procedure. I definitely recommend them for all your dental needs!!

I was so nervous about getting teeth pulled and dentures. Everyone was so kind, and patient and understanding with me. I hated my smile. I was tired of being embarrassed and they all helped me be proud of a smile I waited so long to see. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. We love Lane + Associates at Tyron. They see our whole family, ages 2+. The entire staff is fantastic, organized and friendly - my middle daughter wants to be a dentist now due to their positive impact. 10/10 recommend for the entire family.

Love it here… Front desk is amazing… they make you feel welcome and at home. The hygienist and the doctors are so patient and so welcoming and gentle with you it makes you don’t want to ever go to anyone else. Thank you we should have more Dental clinics just like you.

Wow! I transferred from a smaller practice and was worried about just being an insurance claim. How wrong I was!! Front desk associates were calm and patient getting my records from my prior dentist and Stacey was fabulous with my x-rays and cleaning. The dentist, forgot her name, was very thorough when explaining something to me. Overall...5 plus stars for my 1st visit.
