This is the BEST pharmacy not only in Wilmington, but the best one I’ve ever been too period. I have been going to Winter Park for over 10 years now and I’ve NEVER once had a bad experience there. I’ve been going here for so long that I know each member of the staff on a first name basis and they all know me there. I can’t express enough how thankful I am to everyone who works there, currently and in the past. Kathy, Jenn, Brandon, & everyone else up there has always been so helpful. Whenever there’s insurance issues or anything else to deal with, they’re always on the ball & help get it resolved as soon as possible. If you have to deal with a prior approval or any other issues at any one of the chain pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid) it could take over a week before it gets resolved where as Winter Park will have their part done and ready asap and they will keep you updated every step of the way. Again, to reiterate this truly is the best pharmacy ever and anytime someone asks me where they should go to get any prescriptions filled in Wilmington, I always tell the Winter Park. It’s also a family owned, Christian, business and no matter what you’re there for, you won’t ever feel judged there and they really do care about their customers. Thank you to everyone up there! My family has been using this pharmacy on and off since it opened. I went to a 24 hour place but picking up certain medications, very dirty looks from these bigger pharmacies. I do love the staff at Winter Park. They do not treat anyone any different and usually very quick. I do wish therehours we're a tad bit earlier and an hour later but the service is worth it.

I don’t do many Google reviews, but Winter Park pharmacy is worth a 10 star review! Recently Kathy the pharmacist helped me sort through a very difficult situation with my mother’s medication. Kathy’s help, knowledge and advice were invaluable. I could not have done it without her help. Everyone at this pharmacy is extremely dedicated to their customers health and well-being and I will continue to use Winter Park pharmacy over all other pharmacy chains. Their customer service is outstanding.

I am new to town and was searching for a new neighborhood pharmacy because of their personal touch and attention to detail. Winter Park fit the bill perfectly! I love this team! I'm not just a number, and they remember me from visit to visit. They work quickly and can go the extra mile for me because they're not overloaded and understaffed like a corporate pharmacy. ❤❤❤

The staff are all very helpful and kind. They always get my prescriptions filled very quickly, and are always eager to do anything they possibly can to help you. I have yet to come across a single employee here, who was not eager to help, and always has a smile on their face! Definitely recommend! Sweet, family owned, and independent. (And clearly they're doing something right, since they've been around for quite a while!). Hopefully this review will prove helpful to someone!

Went way out of their way trying to get in touch with my Dr. to get a script refilled when I was having trouble contacting them.

Excellent pharmacy. They really treat customers well and spend a lot of extra effort to help people. They've worked with me to communicate with doctors and insurance companies and always made sure I had my essential meds, even when other offices made a mistake. Their prices are also fair. They have the best deals on candy in the city too.

Love the staff, they truly are family. We've been dealing with Winter Park for years and won't go anywhere else. Like my Dad said before he passed away, they are truly angels. I love this drug store, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I work in senior care which is how I discovered this little gem. They deliver medications and also can put your medications in blister packs. They always call me when my client needs refills. Going into the store is such a pleasure.

I have been a client there for years. I am very pleased with the whole small town pharmacy atmosphere . Everything from the candy to kids entertainment while traveling items found in a Mom and Pop pharmacy . If they had a a soda counter I'd think I was in Mayberry. LOVE IT.
