Just purchased my first car from Steadfast Motors. Worked with Robbie Broome. Fantastic experience. Answered questions over the phone, picked up when I called back with more questions. I came in the next morning when they opened and drove then bought a Toyota Corolla. He showed me everything that he had done to the car since purchasing it (ex. Alignment, oil, tires). We then talked about a price, warranty, and choosing between financing and paying cash. He gave great, honest advice. When we made a deal, we agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and that was that. 5 stars easily.

We chose to go car shopping on Thursday evening before Good Friday. Robbie was excellent to deal with. There was never any pressure during our conversations. We feel that he was open and transparent about the vehicle and showed us some repairs that he had done before the vehicle was even listed for sale. The vehicle was spotless as well which is greatly appreciated! The overall process was a breeze compared to going to the big dealers in Charlotte. Since we decided to buy on a holiday weekend, he worked with us to ensure the car would be there on Monday when the banks and insurance companies were open. I would absolutely buy another vehicle here again!

Bought our 2017 Sierra from there yesterday. Honestly, we were working with Robbie since earlier this year to find the perfect truck for us. He wasn’t pushy like most car dealers are and wanted to make sure we had something perfect for us. The process was overall smooth and we were able to take the truck home the same day.

Last minute my plans changed and brought me to this diamond hidden in a small town. Locust, NC. I've been recently shopping online for trucks in a 250mile radius and found a Toyota Tacoma at a great price(pic aatached). Once I arrived my plan changed. Sitting front and center being cleaned was this amazing Toyota Highlander. Miranda was busy shining and sanitizing this ride. I couldn't resist.
I asked Robbie for a few details. He was very professional and courtous and was very familiar with the details of this ride. While I continued to speak with Bank to get approval and funds transfered over. He was under impression I was to buy truck. I told him I would prefer to get the Highlander. Robbie started the paperwork and within a few hours I was on my way. So happy I stopped. I actually was on my way 2 look at 2 other trucks but when I saw this ride well.... just enjoy the pictures. If you're looking I would definitely recommend stopping here 1st before going to a big dealership. The hometown courtesy and professionalism was so worth it

Robbie is a great guy. He will do what he can to get you riding today. So scoot on over and ask for Susie or Robbie. This is a great place to go for your next ride . They acully listen to what u want and watvu can afford . Instead of trying to sale you something that you really don't want or afford. I'm so glad that I choose steadfast motors they will be my go to from now on. GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR NEXT VEHICLE.

Robbie went above and beyond for my husband and I. First off we showed up after Steadfast was closed, however Robbie was helping another customer and saw us looking at a car. He immediately came out and said that he would be with us shortly. We told him we knew that they were closed and not to worry that we were just looking. He came out after finishing with the other customer and allowed us to test drive two vehicles. We decided not to make a decision that night and told Robbie that we would call him the next day. Went back the next day and ended up buying a Chevrolet equinox. Equinox had a small blemish on the drivers front fender. Robbie put us in contact with the body shop that does the work for his vehicles and the guy did a great job. I highly recommend Steadfast Motors for anyone looking for a good quality used car. Robbie had outstanding customer service and it was a pleasure to deal with.

This is a great used car dealership. The folks are friendly and easy to work with. You can tell they really care about putting up quality cars.
