The Palms Apartments

Great Apartment Complex! Ive lived in several different local apartment complexes and for your money this one is the best in town. They dont have a pool or tennis court but they make up for it in price, location(within walking distance of the bowling alley, hutches convenient store, and several restaurants/lounges), and quality of staff. The apartment Manager is awesome. Very friendly and always working hard to keep the complex looking and running great and everyone happy. I have and will continue to recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice, affordable, clean, updated apartment.

The grounds are very well kept. Lots of renovations going on constantly to improve the apartments. The on site manager Lena is amazing and always willing to help out in any way that she can! Very accommodating and friendly! Laundry on site for your convenience and lots of room for the kiddos to play outside!

I lived here while on base and had an overall lovely experience! Apartments were all very clean and the management was great, always eager to help and were timely with any help I needed during my stay. Would recommend!

As a current resident I totally love living there and highly recommend them . Its amazing how quite it is and you can see deer at times running around the area . Lena , Kenny and Brad are totally awesome and have updated the apartments and make you feel welcome !

The renovations are stellar, and we feel very cozy here. This apartment complex is a nice addition to Altus as a whole and the prices are extremely reasonable, you get a lot for your money. The management is spectacular and very understanding/ willing to work with you. Great community here as well, would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a place to live here in Altus!

Beautiful clean apartments that have been renovated by Lena and Kenny. Lena is a hard worker who manages these apartments and will bend over backwards to help tenants who have lived there for years or those just moving in. I highly highly recommend these to everyone!

Lived here for over 2 years, never had a problem with the staff, always get our maintenance done at a reasonable time, never had an issue contacting management. Reasonable prices, nice homes. Would recommend!

You won’t find better apartments for the price in Altus. Newly renovated, new owners, and constant improvements to the property. I highly recommend these apartments!

They are not a good place to live. They have roaches, and their heater doesn't work.
