I booked an appointment here for an immigration physical and Dr Liu was amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing and was extremely efficient. I only wish we lived closer as I would like to make her my usual doctor. Everyone was extremely polite and I had none of the issues that have been described in other reviews.

My husband's doctor. He is very happy with her absolutely, no complaints. She is always ready to see him for any appointment. She gives good advice on natural medicine and healing foods.

Dr. Yiu is always available and very respectful to my needs. I referred my cousin who saw her and she really saved his life when other doctors just gave him antibiotics without proper diagnoses. Dr. Yiu evaluated all his symptoms. I love the fact your time is spent with her through the whole process. So if a patient does not ask or open their mouths when they are having issues it is not her fault.

Dr. Liu is very knowledgeable, very warm, and very professional. She spends as much time as necessary to answer all questions without ever rushing me. I highly recommend her.

Have immunization records and everything else is fast and practical.

We used them for my wife's I-693 lab work. She did not have the insurance information handy that time. They said you can claim insurance later by yourself. We did not know that time we cannot claim insurance it needs to come from Doctor's office. We called cornerstone later and they said they cannot claim insurance now or return us the lab cost. They asked us to contact the lab. We even do not know where they even sent the samples. I would suggest to avoid this people.

Booked an appointment about 3 days ago. Everything was smooth but when I got there the receptionist who I could not understand what she was saying was very rude. I had to keep asking her to repeat her self. I was being very polite but this lady ignored me and when I asked her a question she just turned her back on me. I ended up walking out. So I went home and Call the clinic the next day, the same lady picked up and when asked to speak to the DR. She hanged up.

Dr. Liu has never been openly disrespectful but she may be understaffed...or overwhelmed. My health is starting to get horrible and I was hoping she'd be a great choice for treatment but she is too passive, in-compassionate and insensitive for public service. She hardly checks and assesses her patients but prescribes medicine quickly! I want a refund for poor service and will be contacting NC Medical Board.

I came to that office with extreme unbearable abdominal pain. Being a college student I have United HealthCare Student which is an insurance policy eligible to be checked with a simple phone call. Dr Liu refused to call my insurance and was insisting several times I pay her $86 copay or a lower front fee even after my insurance assured me twice I didn’t have to, and after I agreed to put my signature on file to pay for anything if my insurance back fired. She blatantly refused to call my insurance and stated to me that “ well there may be nothing I can do for you here anyway”. A licensed internal medicine doctor, said those to words to me. This is one of the most disrespectful and prejudiced experiences I have felt in my 20 years of life. Waste of time.

My husband and I set up an appointment by phone for an immigration exam, we drove an hour away and took the day off from our jobs to this place because of the positive reviews. On the phone they told us to bring a picture if and other forms. We got there on time only to be told by an Asian lady who didn’t speak English very well, that my US government issued ID didn’t work. It needed to be a passaport. I was shocked. She was really rude and unfriendly, and all she said was can’t help you, turned around and ignored us by making a phone call. We got home and called a different clinic, we asked if it needed to be a pqssaport they said no any form of ID. Very upset. Stay away from them.

Found this place listed as a civil surgeon on the USCIS website. Went in to get a form completed for my husband's green card application and was told a full exam would need to be done (for $310). The form says just a vaccination record needs to be completed, so didn't bother reading our letter correctly. Acted like she couldn't get us out of the office fast enough (I assume it's because we are a same sex couple). I will be going elsewhere. I suggest going somewhere else. Anywhere else. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Dr Liu was listed as an endocrinologist and when I called she confirmed that. After 2 visits there, she has apparently changed her mind about being an endocrinologist. This would explain why my new diabetes diagnosis is no where near under control. Lots of time and money wasted here.

On 7-28-2020 I the patient called to get medical records sent to another office they told me I had to come To authorize them to do so that was an inconvenience because I live all the way in Clayton. Then when I got there they charge me $10 to give me my medical records. I told them before I walked out I will no longer be coming back as a patient if this is how you gonna run your business.

Prescribed my mother 100mg blood pressure medicine causing her to get dizzy during work and falling over. New doctors are saying her prescription was too high and she needed a 25mg instead. This is terrifying to know a doctor can mess up like this. Stay away from this place

Horrible experience, I have never experience such low quality customer service before. I’ve never made a review before, not even when things get bad. This was just plain horrible. Never again. Get a new receptionist, the one that we spoke to denied us service for no reason, I am thinking about a lawsuit. That’s how bad it was.
