Without any prior coordination I contacted Diane late at night requesting to view a home the next morning. Jeremiah showed up, made that happen, did a market analysis to assist me w/ making an informed offer, & helped me immediately submit it. Once it was accepted he worked w/ me & Veteran's United to complete an exceptionally fast 17 day closing! He carefully listened to my particular needs & concerns and helped me navigate the whole process. He also helped me w/ getting buyer occupation 8 days prior to closing. We were moving due to a career change and we knew we wanted to work with someone who showed dedication and determination. We loved working with our agent, Kylee when we originally found our home in Jacksonville, NC. We wanted to make sure we used her again because she was always so informative when questions came up and she was so much fun to be around.

I recently moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina due to the military and it was my time to purchase a home. I am a first time home owner and did not know much besides some research and advice from friends/family. I was looking for a knowledgeable and down to earth realtor that would give me the truth whether i wanted it or not and that has definitely paid dividends for me. I chose this agency because they were contracted through Veterans United and I’m glad i had them. Overall i had a great experience and my agent was very on top of everything and worked around my difficult schedule. Every question was answered and every request was completed in a very timely manner, as well a real world advice on different things that pop up. We went with Josh Nodurft from Castro Real Estate team and he is an incredible Realtor, honestly I only have good things to say about the entire firm. We first met him in late October, early november of 2023 and he has been an amazing help in finding our home. The amount of information and advice he has is incredible and so helpful.

We didn’t find our house unil January of 2024 and I’m so glad we listened to what Josh had to say about each house. As a realtor he very much knows his stuff, we used the VA loan and he was able to help us avoid inspections (save money too) on places that definitely wouldn’t pass an inspection; all while trying to insure we got the house that would fit our main/basic needs. It was such a nice experiance as our first time buying, despite any hiccups we had.
Josh pointed out so many things in different houses that we never would’ve noticed, from small details of what kind of interor doors were in the house to eventual resale value of the house in the neighborhood its in. He even showed us example paper work and explained the house buyig process in broken down, time appropriate, sections.

While visiting North Topsail Island I decided to look at a few vacation properties in hopes of finding one for our family. By a click of a button I was connected with Courtney Bryant.
