Excellent work on my motorcycle and highly knowledgeable about what he’s doing. Seth and him both are great people. Treat you with respect and pay attention to details. You don’t get that kind of attention anymore. They deserve 10 stars !!! I would highly recommend them for your service/ repairs, rebuilds.

Phenomenal work! My dad highly recommended, I have no regrets! Dropped it off for an S&S 475 cam kit, service, fresh tune to go with the stage 1 kit that came on to fix known issues and spice it up! I won't take my bike to anyone else!! Respectful, honest, and highly knowledgeable in this field!!

Jaybird's Custom Cycles is a fantastic shop if you want to take your bike to the next level. Jay and Seth are excellent mechanics and their work ethic is reflected in their builds. If you need routine maintenance, or a total build...this is the place to go.

I was recommended by a coworker to take my Harley to this place because they do good and quality work. Most importantly, I was told they “trust” this company and its employees.

I took my Harley to get the front and rear tires replaced. I was informed that my axle was not lubed properly from the last company who replaced it. It should have been lubed to prevent my back wheel from seizing. I could hear them hammering the axle out. The rear bearings were bad as well.

I am really grateful to have been referred to this company. The owner was knowledgeable and his employee, Seth, as well. I was treated with courtesy and well informed throughout the process. Now, I have a company that I “trust” to take care of my bike and my safety.

Always nice, great service and parts

Jaybirds was highly recommended by a friend, so I thought I take my bike there to have tires put on. When I called I thought I would have to leave my bike, but Jay told me I could wait on it that it would take a little over an hour. When he was done, he let me know that my front rotor was starting to warp, and that both brake pads were still good, so was my battery. He reminded me that my new tires would be slick for the first 50 miles or so. I will definitely be back and recommend him to everyone. Excellent honest customer service, which is hard to come by these days! Thank You Jay!

Awesome guys ,They helped me avoid a disaster with my bike that could have cisted me alot of money. They do great work and are honest.

Had them look at my 2000 Deuce because it had no spark. They came and picked it up. on a Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon had it running and I was able to pick it up that day. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable folks there. I would recommend anyone to them without hesitation.

Ive brought my bike to Jay for quite a few jobs from small maintenance to cam upgrades & stereo. His prices are always fair and the work is phenomenal. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy bike mechanic.

Seem to be very knowledgeable and did a good job at a fair price! Just had my 1996 Fatboy serviced. Jay seems to be a fair guy and gave me a fair price and perform the service pretty fast thanks again!!!

Found a great deal on a '96 Road King, I am not a mechanic in any sense of the word. Took it by Jaybirds and had him go through the bike, he was thorough and fair!!! He found several issues that would have ended up putting me in an early grave!!!!! J will do all my work from here on. Expert beyond measure in his field. When it comes time to build my custom he will get the job.

We just got our 1st bike together and needed a back seat. Ordered through JayBirds and its great... a little less expensive than HD shop was pricing me so thats nice.. He was really kind and answered all our novice questions about other things with the bike... Def will return for future purchases or work on our Harley!!!

Jaybird is by far the best mechanic around reasonably priced and would never take my bike to another shop! He done in two days what would’ve taken any other shop WEEKS to do!
