I found a man called Brian he was really Really REALLY nice. I was sitting and he asked if I was okay finding my thing and he helped me a lot the Lord bless his kind heart

What can I say? It's Lowe's and your experience is going to depend on who helps you. We don't like the self checkout, but that's on the corporate office and not our local store.

Lowe's in Forest City has a wide selection of home improvement items. We bought our window coverings and we get all our hardware, lawn & garden and building materials there.

We are repairing our house and visit our Lowe's just every day!)) Good store, good prices, and the staff and the management are awesome ! Very happy with them.

This seems to be a pretty good Lowe's. It's nice to have a home improvement store close to home.

My husband is always going here. He loves any excuse to stop by. I'm pretty sure he even brought us here on our first date. 😅

I had no problem returning some unopened items that we ended up having too much of.

I recently bought a zero turn mower from Lowes. At the beginning of my purchase, the sales associates didn't have a clue of the price, financing, or delivery. As I was standing there, considering leaving without buying the mower, Jennifer (last name?) walked over and assisted me. She must be an Angel. When she didn't know the answer, she would get the answer. She assisted me through the entire process. She was always smiling, very helpful, friendly, and to be perfectly honest, if she hadn't intervened, I would not have bought the mower. Lowes needs more employees like her. I hope she gets recognition from Lowes management for her outstanding service.

We always get our lumber and paint here and so much more. Pretty quick service and Tara is always great at our paint including doing paint match! If you need a lot of lumber you can call ahead and they will have it ready for you, pay ahead and all you have to do is go there and they will load you up!

John in paint is absolutely fabulous as always and always a huge help. He is so personable and kind, always helps me make the right decisions for remodeling my home! If you’re looking to get paint, make sure he’s there!! He will always give the best tips and tricks for the perfect coat of paint.

I spend 3 to 4 days a week here with the contractors desk. Everyone is wonderful.

Since it opened here its almost been top notch all the way and stocked. Huge spacious and almost always crowded. My mom loves the garden section. Parking is almost always easy to get since the building sits off to itself.

Just what to expect..low prices and employees who know the product.. not like home depot who has almost no employees and don't know jack..lol

Prices are fair, but high - above walmart, below home depot. Service is pretty good, as far as help finding stuff; advice isn’t what it used to be - again, above walmart, below home depot. This time of year, they have great yard & gardening department- everything you need for any growing of anything, except maybe specialty bonsai projects. If you have a project with a reasonable budget, you can get everything you need in a pretty quick trip.

So I had a very unfortunate situation with getting a mower I paid for delivered. Once talking mike the manager....he made things right...and Jason came and delivered it. So thankful you guys could take care of this. Thank you!

Working towards a goal. Using gift card tickets from Coinstar without paying the 11%. Remodeling our bath for pennies.

Lowe's has really improved in the last few years. Always someone willing to help you. I use my VA discount when I shops at Lowe's.they always tell me that they appreciate my service. Not many stores do that!! Still the same great service. Will definitely be going back. still great place to shop.

We shop here often and generally always have a pleasant experience. For the most part they keep things pretty well organized and displayed. The check out process is quick and efficient, and the staff are well knowledged. Prefer this store over any of the others in the surrounding area. 💛
