As a 58 year old man looking to explore and expand my knowledge of the world of vapes, delta, and kratom products, etc. I find many of the shops I have been to seem to have the policy of sell the product above all else. It has been a repeated experience that the questions I had were received with abject indifference by people with little to no knowledge of the products they sell.
It was a great day that I discovered Up in Smoke. I have been there several times now, and every time, I was treated with complete respect as to my questions. The staff is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and able to make smart informed suggestions based on my needs. If that weren't enough, their prices are the lowest I have found.

Josh really knows his stuff!! I had a ton of questions, all of which he answered with patience and professionalism. They've got a great selection of vapes/glass/accessories at reasonable prices as well!

This place is absolutely outstanding. They have a huge selection of everything you could possibly need, and the owner seems like type of person who will hunt something down if they don't happen to have what you want on hand. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly, they're all super helpful. And on top of all that, their prices are legitimately unbeatable. I've been to a bunch of shops like this, both here and in Raleigh, and I have honestly never found a better deal on the kratom and nicotine products that I personally look for anywhere else. This is the best shop of it's kind within a 50 mile radius minimum, hands down. If you go anywhere else, you're honestly doing yourself a disservice. Check it out.

I can't say enough good about this place! The owners are awesome and super friendly. What sets them apart from the other stores is how they go the extra mile to assist, as well as a genuine gratitude for your business. The products are very carefully selected and of great quality. If by some remote chance they don't stock something you need, ask and you will find it on the shelf on your next visit!

Really enjoyed this shop! They have a really good variety of products and accessories. And they close at 11pm! 7 days a week as well?! No complaints from me. Very friendly employee with a professional experience and atmosphere. Worth stopping in and checking out.

Great selections on everything from glass and vaporizers to delta 8, cbd, and all the little accessories you would need. The guy working was very personable and gave samples of some products. Way better than High Life.

The worker in when we came in was one of the coolest people I've met since I've been in NC. I recommend this ship based on the customer service alone. The glass choices are limited but it was nice to just have a conversation with the employee

One of the best head shops around! Small selection but they do half off on all glass on your birthday and the customer service is pretty awesome! Wish they could expand for more selection!
