The Porters Neck T-Mobile site is in a very convenient location and not crowded. Shout out to Jonathan who assisted in navigating my phone issue with knowledge and ease. He went above and beyond my expectations.

Went into this location wanting to add a line for unlocked phone and change plan. Sully was great. He discussed with me my current plan and best plan for me. The process was seamless and easy. Will use this location for all my needs.

I can not begin to tell you how amazing Matthew is. We just bought a smart TV because we are tired of paying over $200 a month for STANDARD cable and watching Spectrums beyond annoying commercials every five min.
We are saving $100 a month streaming with T mobile and you get so many more options.
We are new to this and Matthew walked us through the steps and helped make it so easy all within 20 min.
Once you get home the set up takes patience but well worth it. Highly recommend!!

Matthew never disappoints. He helps me out all the time and is beyond patient with me. He helped me purchase a new phone, helped track down my other phone and helped me wipe it out today after it was returned. Amazing customer service hardly explains it. He needs a raise just for putting up with me🙄

I called today to get help unlocking my SDS on my old phone and Reggie was so patient with me. I had to go in the store since I could not get internet where I was. He had me in and out in minutes. Such professionals here. Awesome job on hiring.

I just had a wonderful experience with the Porters Neck T-Mobile location. I did not purchase my phone from them and yet they spent a lot of time trying to help me return my trade in phone. When i left i not only had the return shipping label in my hand but a box to mail it in also. RC was a great help but Tony went above & beyond. Thanks guys for the great customer service. In todays time of “not my job” mentality, this experience was refreshing.

I enjoy coming to this store for my needs. Workers are always polite and willing to help with whatever. It's great they have wonderful personalities because it takes 2 hrs to get everything complete lol. The running joke 😅🤣

I went in yesterday to pick up a new iPhone for my son. The two ladies working were extremely busy and helping people as fast as they possibly could. I was so impressed with their ability to help all of us and get people taken care of. They were extremely professional and I was amazed to find out one of the ladies was working her first day. I will always make sure to visit this store in the future for all of my T-Mobile needs. Thank you for your help!!!

I had a very good experience at the Porter's Neck store. As a former Sprint customer I was not sure what to expect with
T-Mobile. However, LORRELL and TONY the customer care people went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer! They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They made my day!

Came in to upgrade mine and my husbands phones with an appointment at 6, walked right in and got started with no wait and some infectiously joyful customer service. We upgrade maybe once every few years and in comparison to Verizon the T-Mobile customer service has always been spectacular. It’s just nice having things explained with uncomplicated vocabulary and being treated like a human rather than a phone number. I want to say Lowell helped us (my b if I’m misspelling but I love your name) problem solve a few things to get what worked best for us. Also just plugged in the new WiFi gateway from T-Mobile and it’s working perfectly. Cannot WAIT to kick spectrum to the curb!!

Alex and Hunter were so nice and patient with me, even though they had to stay a little past closing to help me with my new iPhone! I appreciate the patience. As always, I will be going back to this store. I recommend everyone to go to this store! Again, thank you, it was a fun experience. 👽

A HUGE thank you to Alex V. and Natasha at my T-Mobile. We switched cell phone providers and we had 7 lines. They were a huge help and made it all smooth for us. They even stayed after hours for us to get the job done. Plus they were smart, funny, kind, calm and incredibly patient. THANK YOU!!

Tony Joyce was my t-mobile clerk & he helped me so much, taught me everything about my new phone, and was extremely patient with all my questions. I will definitely go back to this store because of him! Employee of the year!

Lorelle (apologies if I spell your name incorrectly) is an absolute rock star of an employee. She politely and effectively multi-tasked and served several groups of customers at the same time. I would hire her in a heartbeat. You're fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.

Christen and Charissa are excellent! They thoroughly helped transfer my service from my Android to an iPhone. They saved my contacts and photos, along with calming my nerves! ( since I dropped my Android in the ocean) What great young professionals!

Maybe Verizon can learn to respect there customer's like T-Mobile does. Great service and they offer to help you.

Staff is amazing! Alex, Racheal, and Natasha go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome while processing what you need from the store. Highly recommend! :)
