SureStay Plus By Best Western Fayetteville

I've always been a fan of Best Western so I when I came to this Sure Stay Plus I had a certain expectation. My expectations were beyond exceeded, the service provided by the staff was top notch always making sure I was taken care of and my accomodations were clean and stocked. Rooms were clean and updated with very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean outside area and consistently great breakfast. Definitely will remain my go to hotel in Fayetteville, plenty of food options close by and not far from downtown. Right off 95 with easy access.

After driving 10 hours you need good sleep . Front desk lady was nice and quick , clean room, comfy bed , pillows were soft , Nice breakfast

This isn't a luxury hotel, but everything was TOP NOTCH about it from the price, to the cleanliness. The staff were ALL very friendly, courteous & helpful. Tina at the front desk was so very welcoming. The lady in the dining room (wish I could remember her name) was great, kept the place spotless and was obviously happy with her job, very complementary about the owners, etc. What a breath of fresh air to find a WHOLE hotel full of happy, helpful employees! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very reasonable price rooms especially considering the location. A nice variety of restaurants within walking distance. And a safe neighborhood. I didn't have to worry about somebody breaking into my race car trailer and stealing my tools and even worse the trailer and car! I actually got a good night's sleep! Very friendly and courteous staff! Great channels on the LG TV and even had smoking rooms!! Great spot!! Will definitely be staying there again on next road trip!!

Needed an overnight place to rest on our way back home from Florida and this works. Room was decent and front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fit our needs for a night's rest before we continued our journey.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean! They were able to accommodate our requests for a pet friendly room on the ground floor and even able to accommodate us last minute for an extra nights stay. The breakfast included was great and included hot items! Right off of 95 which made it easy for travel to other cities in NC.

Great rates, nice pool, cute clean rooms, any interactions with staff were pleasant. Great for a basic hotel. Also have rooms that allow pets. Would recommend

Very nice rooms. Plenty of lightning. Beds were better than the last hotel we stayed at in Florida. More than enough plugs to plug your stuff into.

Exceptionally spacious and clean. Microwave, larger than usual refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker. Great free breakfast, lots of variety and protein options. King room was value priced and included sofa, easy chair, coffee table, desk with chair, and plenty of lighting and outlets.

Had an AMAZING time here, rooms are perfect and worth the money, pool is clean, fitness room and the breakfast were perfect, the guests and most staff are sweet people, but we did have trouble with the payment systems, Stay here and don't go to the Travelodge (terrible place)

Very clean, comfy, nice space, plenty of rags and towels. Cool pool and the staff was great. There is a deposit upon arrival that isn't mentioned online on some hotel apps but it was a great hotel to stay at.

Wife and I are otr truck drivers and have stayed at many hotels ranging from $40-$150 nationwide. SureStay is definately among the best.
Dorris kept the exceptional breakfast stocked all the way up to closing of the breakfast at 9:00 and always greeted me with a smile. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

I visited Fayetteville NC on May20th 2018 .The front desk clerk was outstanding and very professional. And answered all questions. Upon coming into the room. It smells fresh and it's very clean and fully equipped with my needs and more .I love staying at Surestay. We've stayed before and had a great Visit.

The safest hotel in the area. Owner and staff are super great. The pool is clean, breakfast is great. Most, it's quiet and safe for the family.

Rooms are being remodeled , new carpet, tile, furniture , lighting etc.
It will take a few months to complete all rooms.
