Highly recommend buying into the Ilderton brand! Just bought a 2017 Ram Limited from Ilderton and had a great experience. Brandon in sales is very personable, attentive and delivers on his promises. The sales team made everything so easy and I felt very comfortable working with them. I felt good about buying an extended warranty for additional peace of mind and know I'm in good hands having my car serviced at the Ilderton Service Dept.

I took my Pacifica to Ilderton for some warranty work after having a very frustrating service experience at a different Triad-area Chrysler dealer where I had purchased my van. Despite having to drive to High Point (I live in Greensboro) it was well worth it. The staff at the service department took care of all of my needs and were friendly, efficient, and professional. Every interaction from making the appointment to picking up the vehicle was positive. I felt like I was treated like a real person and not just a name and number on a screen. Plus, they followed up after the repairs were complete to make sure I was happy. Ilderton will definitely be getting my business going forward. I know taking a car in for maintenance or repairs could be a hassle, but Ilderton Doge has always tried to be efficient and accommodating to their customers. I have been taking my Ram 1500 there for 5 years. Dylan and staff were very welcoming and professional. He also kept me informed of progress with texts. The shuttle service is fantastic and very reliable. Overall, great customer service!

Today was my first time getting my Challenger repaired at this location. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. The Service was top tier from my advisor, tech and down to the shuttle service. They have definitely gained a regular customer. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Evan is the man!! Super comfortable experience. Ive only purchased one other car before and he made the experience 10x better. The last place I went was a buy here pay here place because I didn't have credit yet and I was in the process of building it. This time it was a completely different experience. This was my first time in the service department. I was greeted right away with my service advisor. We did a walk around my vehicle and he took me to the waiting area where they have the best coffee and snacks while you wait. I spent about an hour there from the time I arrived till they were finished(Got an oil change and tire rotation). After I left I received an email of my service technician that worked on my vehicle with a video with recommendations. I've got to say this was top notch service here. I will be returning for future services. I highly recommend them.

Justin and Evan were amazing, friendly, and fast when it came to getting me into a new minivan! I have always wanted one and am so proud to say I got my first brand new minivan from Ilderton! The ENTIRE staff was friendly and courteous. We got there pretty late in the afternoon, but I did not feel like a burden at all when it came down to the process. Truly the whole thing felt like a whirlwind with how swift the process went.

Everyone was patient and worked to get us the best deal possible.

I made an appointment online, the process was very simple. I arrived and was met by service advisor Zach. He was very polite and helpful. He checked back in after the mechanics checked everything out. He later brought my car up and reviewed the itemized bill and answered all questions. I appreciate the honest and sincere service.

I've been going to Ilderton for years for various services. Always a pleasant experience. Very professional. Check in and out process is very simple and they always offer a ride to wherever you need to go if you'll be without a car for the day. Every advisor I've met there has been great and straightforward.

Bobby was very helpful and efficient getting us in and out of our service appointment today. Answered all of our questions and went over and above. Since we can’t find a dependable Dodge dealership near our home we traveled 2 hours to purchase and now went there for our 30,000 service.

I've been in automotive for 25 years. I had to take my truck to get some recall work performed. I was treated well from the time I got there. I must say that Dylan is the most professional service writer I've ever dealt with and I have dealt with many. It was refreshing to see that high quality service and professionalism still exist. Many thinks to Dylan and the whole crew.

Just purchased a vehicle from here and the entire staff was great to work with! Ron Owens helped me find a car I fell in love with. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient with me while I considered all of my options, I never once felt pressured or rushed. Definitely recommend!
Update- almost a year later, I’ve been coming in for all my oil changes and regular maintenance with Bobby and don’t have a single bad thing to say

I needed to get an oil change on my 2022 RAM Limited, Ilderton had a discount coupon on their website, I called and spoke with Bobby in service, he said come on in for the oil change, when I got there he was quick to get the paperwork done and the truck in for the oil change, it took 30 minutes and it was done. I went out to the truck and found the running boards were not working, I tried the different programming options to get them working and couldn’t figure it out. I went back in and the service manager Sabrina was at the service desk, she had me bring the truck back inside and they got one of their technicians on it immediately, turns out the lube tech turned off the operation so the running boards so they didn’t get damaged on the hoist but forgot to turn them back on.
In short, Bobby did a great job getting me in for the oil change and Sabrina was on site to get the issue resolved quickly and with a smile, Ilderton did a great job for a fair price and provided quick friendly service.

UPDATE 8-20-23: Brandon my sales rep has been incredible with not only follow up to make sure I’m happy with our new truck but also finding my wife’s glasses she left in our trade in. Very personable guy and definitely recommend seeing him. I also feel like the service department has really tried to make me feel at home and also make sure I’m taken care of. Very pleased.

UPDATE 8-4-23: I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. Not to mention I was fuming yesterday due to the conversation I had with their service department so I should have waited 24-48 hours before I made the review but I digress. I’ve been dealing with Ilderton for years….. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them within a five year period and every single time I’ve always felt like they did their best to take care of me. The only downside is they will keep you there for a while lol. I’ve used their service department a hand full of times over the years and I can honestly say it’s great when you’re here in person but I think their phone people are in a whole other office because the people here in person are usually very good. Ok so now to the real update….. so I came in today to get my inspection and everyone here acted like I was the best customer they’ve ever had haha. It truly made me feel some kinda way. I felt both good and awkward at the same time 😂 but not because anything they did, but because I spoke on behalf of their entire dealership for one persons actions. Anyways, long story short they definitely went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and like they did actually care about helping me in my current vehicle…. Even if I wasn’t going to buy another one that day. Thanks Ilderton you guys are pretty great all the way around.

Leaving original review for reflection purposes: I think it’s interesting that I’m called by this dealership constantly with them trying to talk me into to trading in my vehicle but when I call them for a service issue, they’re rude, short (so much for customer service unless they’re making big money off you 😂) and provide absolutely zero help. One or two word answers for everything and even a simple battery issue will take at least 3 days to get to. What a joke. We’ve purchased vehicles from this dealership in the last few years and never again. Kernersville Dodge will treat me right though, so no worries.
