Give Kevin a raise! I'll get back to that but first I want to mention this store is always very clean and as long as you're not coming in right before closing most employees are pretty friendly. They do a good job of keeping things moving while obeying capacity limitations. I always enjoy the trip but today I LOVED the trip.
Was waiting in line for the dressing room and heard Kevin helping all of the other ladies, I assumed he must have somehow known them all since he called everyone by name and was going so far out of his way to make sure everybody had exactly what they were looking for and switching out sizes. Then when it was my turn he introduced himself, asked my name and was sure to address me by it whenever communicating while I was changing. He was a doll! He didn't know the other ladies he is just so personable it seemed like it and I felt like i knew him for ages for our brief interaction. I don't know if he loves his job but he certainly acts like it and is amazing at it. All customer service folk should be like Kevin!

Every employee that I spoke with on Saturday 5/22/21 was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but 3 of them were AMAZING!! I had asked Perla a question and Logan was checking out customers next to her and happed to hear our conversation. She offered a suggestion and a solution to the issue I needed resolved. Perla then checked with Kevin about another question I had and he came over right away, answered the question in such a friendly way, it made our time in the check out, such a quick and positive experience. I have to say, you have a great staff there and it and it appears that everyone has a positive attitude and really enjoys their job. I know how hard retail work can be as I am in retail myself. I have not shopped in American Eagle very often in the past but I certainly will stop in more to check out all the items after having such a great experience in there last Saturday. Keep up the good work Perla, Logan and Kevin!!

The store is super organized and clean. The 2 ladies working during my visit were extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely be a repeat shopper.

Kaleb was very helpful and had the best costumer service! His suggestions helped me find exactly which apparel I was looking for. This is the best AE location I have ever been to.
