Shannon is the best customer agent I have had the pleasure to meet. Very Pleasant and understanding. I give her 10 stars. She works hard and always knows what I need and if it is not in the store she calls around and makes sure I am a pleased customer.

Kelvin and Joseph delivered a bedroom set. They arrived early and put everything together. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. I have and always will be a a loyal rent a center customer. Thank you gentlemen.

So far my experience has been phenomenal

I’m over joyed with my the service i’ve received this past week. I recently ordered a washer and dryer set, which is significantly lower than Aaron’s. I processed my order online and Nikki gave me a call to finalize the details. My delivery was super quick and easy and of course they insured both my washer and dryer were working with no issues. To say the least, I’m one satisfied customer. This had to be the best Rent-A-Center in the fayetteville area, Thank you guys so much!

Donavan at the Rent-a-Center Spring Lake store is absolutely by far one of the best costumer service employees that I have had the pleasure to experience in the Spring Lake/ Fayetteville area. He is quick to respond/problem solve and very professional! It’s hard to find customer service personnel in today’s time that are patient, follow up, and treat you like your call/issue/situation matters! Rent-a-center, you did something right when you hired this employee. Service like this is what keeps people going back to places when there is a whole town to select from. Keep him around Rent-a-center, good people/employees are hard to come by! Ask for Donavan my friends if your ever calling or looking for help!!! Give his young man a raise!!!! 😊

Shannon at rent a center was amazing! Go in and ask for her!! She will literally do everything in her power to make you feel comfortable and also still give you the best possible price! She was absolutely on target and definitely someone you can trust, she will bend over backwards for you!! I never leave a review, but this woman is worth it!

Andrea and Shannon helped my husband and I. They were both amazing giving us both great customer service. They were patient and explained every detail about the furniture to us. My husband and I are very pleased with the customer service and with the staff in general.

Peter the store manager was awesome!!!! He really worked hard to accommodate my needs. He worked around my work schedule and was really on the ball with customer service. Great prices and nice merchandise. I would recommend using them. I can’t wait to need a product in the future. I will be definitely go there.

So I worked with Andrea. She's always ready with information, and even gave me her personal number to get it all done in a nice timely manner. My husband is deployed and it felt like anything that could break, did... One being my washer. They hooked my up with a set. The delivery driver helped move old appliances, hooked up the new, and ran them through a test to make sure it was all in good working order. I never even had to leave my house. Hats off to y'all. Appreciate it all!

I highly recommend visiting the Spring Lake location when shopping for your home furnishings. Donovan is extremely knowledgeable, always professional and will take good care of you. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

It was my first time here and I was approached by a very nice lady named Shannon. She was very helpful and I was actually pretty amazed we were able to get our washer and dryer that same day because of her great help in finding the right ones for us. Would totally recommend this place!!

Andrea in the store was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the furniture were nice and hilarious. They got everything sought up and where I wanted it up and was completely down within 25 minutes.

Amazing customer service , the delivery guys were very helpful with moving everything. I just loved how patient Andrea was with me during the whole process she’s very sweet and helpful. I will purchase from them again.
