We ordered the deluxe version of the arrangement we had picked out. We expected they would had a few more flowers. What Flora Verdi did was take the arrangement to a far bigger level. It was so impressive. We got more than our money's worth.

This place was my savior today! Last week I ordered flowers from another company to be delivered to my girlfriend on her birthday, and this morning they called to tell me they were unable to deliver them today. I called a couple local places, but none except Flora Verdi were able to offer same-day delivery to my gf's work before she was leaving for the day. The girl who took my order was so incredibly nice and helpful, and I believe she wound up being to one to actually deliver the flowers, too! I will use Flora Verdi again and again for all my future flower purchases because of how amazing they were today! Thanks a million, Flora Verdi!

Sometimes orders get lost. During one of the busiest flower days this happened to me. Maria, the owner contacted me personally. She gathered flowers together and made an absolutely stunning arrangement and made sure they were delivered today. Excellent customer service above and beyond expectations!!!

My girlfriend loves all white flowers and this was our first year in town for Valentine’s Day so I decided I’d try somewhere local instead of those online national delivery services. Not only was the price cheaper than some of the options on the delivery services, the quality was unmatched, and it supports local shops! This was her favorite arrangement of flowers I’ve ever gotten her and made all of her coworkers jealous because of how beautiful they were. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future to surprise her with more beautiful arrangements!

Called over day-of for a last-minute bouquet and Maria put together a stunning arrangement that was exactly what I hoped for. She asked what my budget was and went above and beyond in putting together something really beautiful - was lucky enough to catch her when she had some time to put something together. Was looking for a florist online in the Wilmington area for my Mom’s birthday in Leland. The owner called (she was super friendly and helpful) to ask a few questions as she didn’t have all of the flowers that were in the arrangement I saw online. 1) a florist has NEVER called to work through options (that’s customer service as its finest). 2) she understood how important this was to me and promised to make it remarkable.

My mom called and was blown away with such a beautiful arrangement. It reminded her of of her former hometown florist. It was second to none.

I was from out of town and looking for a florist to send flowers to our daughter for her birthday. After reading reviews, I chose Flora Verdi. What a FANTASTIC choice!! My call was answered by the nicest person, and she made sure every special detail was taken care of. I received a text that the flowers were being delivered with a picture of the arrangement. It was PERFECT!! OUTSTANDING service and artistry!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I've ordered from Flora Verdi a couple of times now and every time I've been so happy with everything - the flowers are gorgeous and so fresh, the price is reasonable, and the customer service is beyond what you can normally hope for! Maria is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Every time I've gone there she asks me what flowers I'd like and I just ask her to pick for me. It always comes out stunning! The flower bouquet was beautiful. Having the option to have the florist make the decision on the flowers was a great choice! They came quick and in perfect shape. No flowers were wilted or broken upon arrival. Great experience and will definitely be ordering more.

The lady I spoke with was knowledgeable and remembered my order even though it was Valentines Day and I'm sure she was swamped with other orders. The delivery was timely and everything went smoothly. What service! I am from out of town and knew no florist in the Wilmington area. I had a good vibe from the website, but I had no idea after I placed my order online that I would get a personal phone call, a special trip to a farm to get the perfect flowers, and impeccable follow-up on delivery. I had a bad experience with Teleflora, and a last minute call to Maria saved the day! It was only 2 hours before closing and she gladly took my order and assured me that my daughter would receive her flowers. Maria texted me a picture of the flowers that she was delivering, and on her way she went with a delivery after hours I assume. Great customer service and the flowers were beautiful!! I popped in last minute on Valentine’s Day for a sweet gift for my sister who I was visiting from out of town. The sweet, talented, empathetic woman working there stop her 45+ orders for the busiest flower day of the year just to put something together on the spot for me. She listened to me talk about my sister and put together the perfect arrangement. You just don’t see this kind of customer service anymore unfortunately but her service is commendable!!

Maria went above and beyond to find me what I needed. I called 4 other florists before I called Flora Verdi, simply because they came up on Google first and I was going down the list. Every other place just told me they didn't have what I needed, but Maria said even though she didn't have one she would track one down for me. She is such a friendly and attentive florist, and I would recommend her hands down over everyone else because of how hard she worked to make sure I was completely happy with my plant. Her prices are extremely fair and affordable, too, which was not a requirement for what I needed but certainly a plus. Overall I'm just thrilled with my shopping experience at Flora Verdi and if I need any more flowers or plants I will call Maria first.

Flora Verdi deserves your business! I ordered flowers in early May for my Mom who is local to Wilmington. I called around to see who was open (ordering in midst of pandemic) and found Flora Verdi. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable and pleasant. Being in business during this pandemic is very stressful for small businesses and she was clearly doing her best in this difficult time. My mom received the flowers and thought they were gorgeous - my mom worked in a florist shop for a few years when I was growing up so she knows good flowers and arrangements! The delivery driver had to go through many additional steps to deliver to the retirement community my mom lives in but by all accounts handled all the additional requirements beautifully. Five Stars to everyone at Flora Verdi, and thank you for helping me get flowers to my mom during this difficult time.
