Starbucks

Today shortly after almost having a wreck that would have been 💯 my fault, I came into Starbucks to calm down before I drove back to Charlotte. The guy who took my order was amazing; he was so kind and compassionate, which is so unusual these days. He could tell I was shaken up and when he brought me my food he gave me a hug and a cake pop. I wish I had gotten his name; he totally made my day💕

I have worked with some great people at this location and there have been times where I’ve placed very large orders and they’ve gotten ready on time and done perfectly, but this morning I had an over-the-top excellent experience with Nick who is absolutely fantastic! So shout out to Nick.

I mobile ordered ahead, rolled in and Andrew had the drink ready and gave my daughter a pup cup with a little marker dog face drawn on it- which went over well! Didn’t wait long but say in the comfy chairs for a bit. Great experience.

Better than average Starbucks. Well lit. Nice vibe to the place. Often lots of college students in the Cafe. Bring your own cup and get a discount plus extra "stars"!

Communication is fantastic. They call out whose drink is being worked on and which is next up. They’re just a well oiled machine here. People don’t mind waiting, they mind open ended waiting and this location understands that.

My favorite thing about this Starbucks are the crows that hang out in the parking lot… and the occasional joke you can hear through the speaker. Speaker? I barely know her.

Anyway… best Starbucks ever. The barista is my girlfriend. You know which one.

This location is super busy but the staff is very patient and stays friendly. The space is large with comfortable seating good for working or studying, or meeting friends.

Quick and efficient. Lots of remote workers camping out here. Ample seating and AC power outlets.

The hardest working young man at this location——apparently his responsibility is to be Superman. I love to see it, Omarius is pure Awesomenessness!

Had tasty drinks while playing Go Fish with my granddaughter.

I have to say this is one of the only Starbucks I still like, and will actually drive farther for. When you ask for a cappuccino, you actually get a cappuccino, not a latte. Way to go teaching staff properly! Also the staff is always smiling and great. You can still relax inside this one. Just like you used to be able to at Starbucks. Which unfortunately most Starbucks are lacking in atmosphere these days.

Girl helped me get my birthday drink even with my scan code not working. It also taste better when it is free. Happy birthday to me!!!

Nice enough Sbux. Ordered dark roast which wasn’t done so barista gave me a cup of Pike to start and then brought me another of dark roast!!

Awesome customer service! Long story short, there was an order I could not pick up in the early morning, but it was already paid for. Then 14 hours later, they made the order all over again without additional charge to me! Oh, and the coffee is always delicious.

Great service on a busy Sunday with a complicated order

I love this Starbucks: it is clean, efficient, and the service friendly. Because the store is large, you never feel cramped together as you wait inside for your order placed ahead of time. The drive-through is similar to all Starbucks drive-throughs, avoid at all costs because of the long lines. It is way faster to order ahead and pick up in store.

This was my first time to this specific location. I was hoping to get there outside of the rush. I went inside and was immediately greeted with a very warm smile and hello. I had difficulties in deciding what I wanted to order. The the young lady was patient with my indecision and adjusted accordingly. Zero errors in the final order. Thank you so much!
