Discount Furniture Connection made my wish of having my dream couch happen!! I HIGHLY recommend working with them!

Great experience, all around. Tammy was uber helpful and honest in my decision on a bedroom set. The set I originally picked out was ok, but Tammy thought I would be better served with another set. She was right. This set is solid, well built and at a fair price. Delivery was on time, as predicted, about a month after my purchase. The delivery guys were great and did a very professional job in setting up our new furniture. Definitely recommend Discount Furniture Connection!

Great service and friendly staff! We chose a set that had to be made and were told the estimated time was 8-10 weeks but that there were a lot of delays lately so don’t hold them to that timeline. It did take a little longer than 10 weeks but the furniture is perfection! The delivery team was efficient and friendly! We will be back!

We are new to the area and this has been our go to furniture store. Brian and his team have exceeded our expectations for customer service. Brian is a special man and makes us feel at home. We have loved the bedroom set we purchased there and so far no complaints.

Special ordered two end tables and a sofa table back in January. Owner was very helpful and not pushy. Items took awhile to get delivered but that was due to the manufacturer and quite understandable considering the current issues over the past year. Items are solid, built well and look wonderful! Prices were well worth what we paid. Delivery drivers were top notch, courteous and careful. This is a good business and I would recommend them for any of your furniture needs.

Owner and his wife are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's such a better shopping experience than a typical department store. We were just about to but a sectional from Macy's but after seeing very mixed product reviews online (equal number of 1 star and 5 star reviews is the same product; what are you supposed to take away from that?) we decided to check out this local place.

They carefully explained how their products were made differently and why those differences were important. Yes, we ended up spending more but I feel much more confident that this is a purchase that will last and be worth the investment. We haven't actually received the order yet but I feel confident in giving Discount Furniture Connection 5 stars based on the selection, ability to customize our order, and the service we received.

Edit/Update December 2020: So there was a delay on Lancer's end in getting our sectional finished (supply issues related to COVID). Good things are worth waiting for and this was obviously out of Discount Furniture's control. After the piece was delivered, we noticed a couple of issues in the fabric/stitching. We gave Discount Furniture a call, they were completely reassuring and accommodating. They picked it up on a Wednesday, had it fixed, and re-delivered it on Friday at no charge.

Overall, definitely still recommend the store, and this (Lancer) sofa is the most comfortable one I have ever had the pleasure of sitting on, much less owning. Very happy!

There prices may not be on their site but they have very good pricing! My wife and I bought a master bedroom set and the price was very good for the quality of furniture we purchased. The delivery was great. Both young men were polite and professional. My sister-in-law went and bought a living room set from them a few weeks ago and had the same good experience. Would recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

I want to share what maybe the most *exceptional customer service* we will experience in our furniture purchase history.

Back in March 2019, we stopped by 'Discount Furniture Connection' to begin our research on 2 recliners. Philip (one of the owners) approached us. He was very friendly and professional. Upon informing him that we were looking at options, he gave us tons of information on the various brands, qualities, steps that go into making recliners, etc. We were thrilled to learn so much. He was not pushy and we had pretty much decided at that point to conduct business with him (but we didn't share that info with him). For due diligence sake, armed with the info Philip provided, we did visit other local and chain furniture stores.

We returned to Philip about 2-3 weeks later, decided on the material and the transaction was complete (this was special order). Both recliners were delivered promptly a month or so later. We were shocked at how the material felt in large scale vs. a sample. Thinking the wrong order was placed, they lent us the store sample to compare against the recliners. The order was accurate.

Due to my lack of knowledge and minimal experience with this material, I was totally at fault with the selection I made. We contemplated our options and finally contacted Philip and shared our thoughts.

To our disbelief, he was so kind & understanding of our mistake (not a cheap mistake) and offered to re-order a new set with a new material. We couldn't believe it. We've never experienced such great customer service (of this magnitude), which is why my first sentence above reads as it does.

The new recliners were delivered yesterday and we LOVE them. The 2 delivery men were friendly, professional, prompt and efficient.

Just a great customer service experience from the first moment we walked into their showroom to delivery. We will forever compare future large purchase to this experience.
Discount Furniture Connection has set the bar very high; they will be the first place I shop for future furniture purchases.

Great people, yes they take their time but they made sure I was satisfied. On a different note they also took care of us a few years back when we purchased a chair that started having issues several months after the purchase. They made sure it was replaced to my satisfaction. In this world of hurry up and get it done it is nice to know I can go to this store and have one on one customer service without feeling like just a sale.

I checked this place out while waiting on paperwork to be processed when I purchased my house. Phillip was nice to talk to, he wasn't pushy about making a sale, and glad to answer my questions, even after knowing I wasn't going to be buying anything that day (still had to see how my existing furniture would fit into my home).

About 6 weeks later I went in and tried out the different love seats to put in my office/rec room. Again they were super friendly and gave me space to run around the store and (repeatedly) try out different loveseats.

The part I liked the most is that I was able to pick what fabric I wanted, and I could have a center console put in if I wanted to (much of their furniture is ordered direct from the factory when the customer buys it).

They were up front on the lead time for delivery, and worked with me on scheduling it when my unit was available. The prices are comparable or better than most places, and I like that they carry things made in the US, including solid wood furniture!

I will definitely be buying more from them in the future!

Discount Furniture Connection is a wonderful place to shop for furniture. They have a huge range of selections and if it is not in the store they can order it for you. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and will take as much time with you as you need. Tammy has great taste and makes wonderful suggestions. I have ordered several pieces here and I am extremely happy. Delivery was quick with no hassle. It is truly your neighborhood store with access to a huge selection of furniture.

My wife and I love this place! They are community focused and have a TEACHER discount! Brian is super nice, relatable, and knows his stuff well. If they don't have it on the display floor they have a nice computer touchscreen to look it up and they will order it. I surprised my wife with a sectional sofa, and they delivered it early to make the surprise happen. BTW their delivery time is an hour window not as all day type of thing. We are new to Mebane and this store makes us feel part of the community.

I went in today looking for a nice mattress and box spring for a budget. They out did great service! They went above and beyond the prices are amazing the quality is amazing I did my research and checked around and they were by far the best in the area. They didn't have the mattress I paid for at the warehouse so he called and upgraded mine for the same price! Truly amazed at the service They make you feel at home shopping with ease nice and friendly very understanding. Good honest people! Is definitely recommended to anyone shopping around this is by far the best! I'll be coming back for living room set soon!

We were able to design our own furniture with Lancer. Love our living room set. You have so many color options, thickness of cushions and depth of the seat. Great staff.

The staff ordered a side table for me that matched perfectly to my furniture I currently had. They are always extremely nice and polite and a pleasure to talk to. I will buy everything else from here for now on!
