Wyndham Garden Greensboro

Each time I stayed at Wyndhan Gardens Greensboro, the experience was always good. I arrived early and was given accommodations. There is a shuttle service between the hotel and airport which I REALLY needed. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I feel safe as I walked the halls despite the hour of day or night. There is a restaurant attached which makes it convenient so I did not have to leave the building unless I chose to do so. The room was clean and had a larger size refrigerator. The space that housed a microwave was empty but upon request, one was brought up. This is among the most pleasant hotel stays I have had.

The front desk clerk Rob was phenomenal. He was attentive, concerned and resolute. I was traveling with my 87 year old father late at night and made an online reservation only to find out it was not effective until later in the day. He advised me how to cancel the online reservation and book the in-person reservation. He also accommodated my dad by bringing him a wheelchair so that he would not have to walk the long hallways to get to the room. Well done Rob, I applaud you and your efforts to ensure that my dad was well taken care of.

My husband and I stayed here the night before flying out of Greensboro airport. The staff and hotel were very nice. A bargain for the shuttle to the airport but they do charge you to park so the shuttle is free but the parking is not and the shuttle takes you to the airport but doesn't pick you up from the airport. The stay was still worth it but I feel like guests should know this. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good. I had fish and chips and hubby had a burger. Both were good and very reasonably priced.

Great event center. We didn't stay at the hotel but attended a baby shower in their ballroom. It was very well arranged and spacious. I would highly recommend them for event.

Great stay in Greensboro! There was a pub attached and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Housekeeping was exceptional cleaning my room everyday

It was a great stay, the shower was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. The included breakfast was also great, there was a pretty good selection which you rarely find in hotel breakfast.

I still give it five stars, because it was a nice room. When checking in early in the am staff was very nice. I asked for a late check out and staff approved it. I asked him could he document it because I know some staff are on autopilot and won’t check. Just like I knew someone would do. Come and knock on the door without checking first. Overall nice hotel and location.

Phenomenal room. Extremely clean. Very updated. The decor was beautiful. The young man behind the counter was very professional extremely helpful. The free breakfast was very very nice. The bed was amazing and the pillows were amazing

They are under construction at the moment but it is obvious Wyndham is putting it's 'Grand' touches in as the pool is being upgraded to resort style, rooms, amenities and fitness center are all very modern and clean. As a Wyndham rewards member I have high standards and their excellent hospitality and ownership of the experience was great! Thank you!

We stayed two nights. Nice and clean. We’ll stay again when we come back to the area.
No problem what so ever.

I live in Greensboro but needed to have a “me” night.. I really didn’t know what to expect, I was just booking. When I arrived I was so happy to see Coopers was connected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price of the room was great. It was very clean and the Christmas decorations are really nice. I will definitely be back. There was a few people at check out.. so I left my room keys and called from the car. The receptionist that answered was very nice and checked me out.

First and second floors are not worth staying staying in, always an maintenance issue in those rooms.

Right by the Airport. Many attractions nearby. Room quality is exceptional. Large rooms for the price. Wyndham Rewards only make it a sweeter deal. Staff is competent and friendly, respectful and honest.

Clean comfortable rooms, great staff, breakfast, pool, fitness room and what a grand entrance they have! There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that seems to do quite well. I did not eat there though

I’m giving this 5 stars only bc of the manager Dana. There was a very frustrating mixup on a reservation I made for one of my employees. The regular front desk staff couldn’t figure out what happened which was making everyone even more frustrated. Dana was able to get the situation resolved in a couple minutes. Thank you Dana!

When we made our reservation we were informed the pool would be closed. On Sunday morning of July 31 2022 at approximately 6 am all guests of the hotel were surprised with a free complimentary pool in their respective hotel room / hallway. Great splashy fun for the whole family.

Beautiful clean hotel. For a great price. Room service was quick & staff friendly! I paid $101 with taxes in full for cheapest room the 3 days I stayed there. Expect an extra $20-30 on top of these prices listed. Absolutely beautiful rooms, spacey, leather everywhere, big clean bathroom, strong water pressure shower, and plenty of clean bleached linen & towels provided. The pillows are SO comfortable as well as the bed. Wish I i knew the company I'd buy one for my home 😀

The staff and accomodations at this property were close to perfect! The shuttle bus driver James was by far the highlight of the weekend. All the staff and housekeepers were pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant on premise, Cooper's Ale House is tasty and prices are comparable. I didn't try anything that I didn't like or hear someone with a complaint.

I will definitely stay here again.

Don't be fooled by the front but this place was such a great stay. Room was very clean and the bed was so amazing to sleep in. They also had breakfast available and was delicious. Would get some quick food before jumping into meetings all day in my room. The wifi was very strong as I was doing virtual meetings so I do appreciate that also.

Room had hardwood floors, very nice and clean.
