I can not express how grateful I am for Zach (Printing dept) and how much he helped with the scanning process. I don't know how Staples rewards great customer service, but, I think lunch would be good for him and his manager. Zach, I really appreciate your help in this trying time.

James, visiting store manager, really showed what superior customer service is all about yesterday. He assisted me with a laptop purchase and his suggestions fit exactly what I needed. I also liked the way the encouraging way he treated the other employees there. Fantastic management and sales! Thank you, and I will be back!!!

I would give this Staples a 10 if I could!! I bought a printer in the middle of Sept. 2022 and due to an ongoing illness I didn’t open it until 2 weeks ago (last week of Dec) when I began to feel a little better. Upon taking it out of the box I saw pink ink on various places of the printer and that it was not a black printer like I wanted. I noticed there were no bottles of in to fill it up with either. I opened up the ink storage place and sure enough.. all of them had been previously filled—. But not by me!! I bright the printer back to Staples here where I bought it in Sept. not really expecting much because it had been so long. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! I explained everything, Jesse, the Sales Manager listened, checked out the returned printer, and exchanged it!! He identified problems with the returned printer even I wasn’t aware of. This Staples a s the only one I shop at and the service is always great. I’m never disappointed!! Thank You!!!! You more than exceeded my expectations!!!!!🥰

Great experience at this Staples location! I have to give a shout-out to Jesse Dollard for his help and information regarding my Staples Connect app. Super nice guy who went above and beyond what I expected from our trip and purchase from Staples. Thank you, Mr. Dollard! Tip for others: Be sure to check out the Clearance section when you visit this location. I always check the Clearance section at all Staples locations but this location gives 50% off specific Clearance items on the weekend. Happy Shopping! I went in yesterday for some school supplies. I went in with my three kids, 1,2 and 4 years old. I found everything I needed easily and when I checked out the guy who checked us out (Matthew) was SO nice. He got us through the line quickly and played with the kids and made us feel welcome. He was awesome. Over all a great experience.

This store has definitely changed from pretty bad to very good. Customer service was bad, but those people are not there anymore. Printing used to cost a dollar for double sided printing and now costs 25 cents, much much better. Thank you for the improvements.

This is the BEST place in town to get printed materials! The girl there is so very helpful and polite! I had a great experience working with her to get my presentation package completed.

I was not expecting the great service I received when I walked into a staples. Went to return something that was too expensive and the cashier went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Really exceptional place.

Nice, clean store. Helpful staff that are glad to assist with any questions or help you locate an item you are looking for.
