Bitty & Beau's Coffee

A spur of the moment 2.5 hour trip just for coffee (for the 2nd time) was another great experience! I got a vanilla strawberry rose Frappuccino in the souvenir cup and it was delicious! Also got a brownie and a cute Valentines heart that says You are loved! My husband was also happy with his souvenir cup of hot americana coffee, muffin and a heart saying You micha me happy! I love it! Will definitely keep returning!

Trevor and Brian and the entire staff are so awesome. Welcomed with a huge good morning to brighten any day. The entire experience makes the day better. Cheers and definitely a most for your daily coffee

I love Bitty & Beau’s. My wife and I went to the one in Charleston last year and fell in love with the company so we decided we wanted to visit the original location. This place is amazing. Matt and Mike were great help!

i LOVE this place!! the message is INCREDIBLE, merchandise is WONDERFUL, my frozen hot chocolate could not have been better! employees were so kind, sporting "radically inclusive" tshirts and making great drinks! will definitely be coming here again, i need to try the cookies and cream frappe next time ;)

This truly was an experience. Came knowing nothing about the establishment, other than it being a coffee shop near where we get our cars serviced. Matt was working the register and we enjoyed a conversation about the menu options, and he even shared some interesting facts about the misconceptions between roast levels and caffeine content. We gradually realized everyone working behind the counter had some type of intellectual developmental disability, but that put no damper on the quality of service we received. Our drinks came out in a timely manner, and we were satisfied enough to go back and try a third option. The workers filled the building with loving energy, and we enjoyed their conversations about garlic and what their wrestling names would be. The staff was nice enough to provide some paper and markers for my son to draw on. After my son finished his drawing he asked if he could give it to Mike behind the counter. Mike was absolutely fantastic and kindly took the drawing and complemented my son on his masterpiece. While I can’t say I had the best coffee of my life, I can easily say the love, warmth, and energy present was enough to make me want to come back many times over. We turned around just before heading out the door and decided to grab a few shirts.

Stopped in while on vacation for a delicious gingerbread latte & muffin. Brittany was delightful while taking our order! Proud to support this wonderful business.

The bagel and coffee were great, but what we loved the most were the staff. I walked in and the barista said I looked just like Belle from Beauty and the Beast (cause I was wearing yellow). It made my day!

I stopped in while on vacation. My sister told me about Bitty & Beau's because she knows I love coffee and am a case manager for individuals with DD/ID and they are near and dear to me (I also have two autistic children). Matt was so helpful and kind. He told me about the new cold foam option being offered, and I was sold! He also sold me on a reusable bag for my t-shirt. Truly a great establishment doing great things in the communities they serve. I would love to see y'all come to Louisville, KY. I could easily keep spending my coffee money here and tell our Work Matters team about new opportunities for folks! P.S. I ordered the toasted marshmallow iced latte with cold foam. Loved it!

I've always wanted to visit the original Bitty & Beau's after reading about it and learning about it online years ago.

Friendly service and enjoyed a fabulous Hibiscus Mango Iced Tea to go.

I love the inclusive philosophy of this place and I highly recommend it for coffee, tea or treats.

My wife and I wanted to buy some coffee to give for Christmas presents and had driven by the store multiple times so we decided to stop in!
We were greeted by staff who love their jobs and are very helpful. To our surprise the store is staffed by adults who have various challenges and need a way to contribute our community! We got our gifts and stayed awhile to finish our coffee and appreciate what this store is doing for all humanity!

This is one of the sweetest spots I’ve ever been to. Love their mission and the iced oatmilk spiced brown sugar latte was delicious!

A ver pleasant experience all around. Service was prompt and succinct and accurate. The to go cups trump any to go cup I have had anywhere in the world. Truly a quality establishment. Coffee was well rounded and priced appropriately. Would highly recommend

I love studying here! The coffee is amazing, and the service is just as amazing! It has plenty of seating and parking and it is very clean! The ideal atmosphere for me!

The coffee is delicious. The staff is amazing! I also love the building...you need to turn into the Cadillac dealer if you are looking for it. It's a really cool building.

Everyone working was so kind and helpful! They were excited to greet each guest that walked in and had so much fun talking to each other when they weren’t with customers.

I had a lemon cranberry muffin and a pumpkin dirty chai and both were so yummy!

The vibe is great here and I can definitely see working from here a couple of days a week!

OMG! Matt, cara, Elizabeth were amazing for service and information and ref. To locations and the materials for sale. We had our first rainbow bagel & key lime cookie and they were delightful! The coffee, tea & smoothie selections are nice too... So join us one day this week in trying Bitty & Beau's Elizabeth even prayed with us!🙏😇🌹 Thank for all you do, let's show them lots of love!!!
