Lee Doss and her assistant, Sarah, are an amazing team. Lee has taken care of my family's insurance needs for many years and she is the best agent we have ever had! I completely trust Lee to make sure we have the coverage we need at the best prices. She explains things really well and she answers most of my questions before I can even ask them! She has been there for us through many changes and claims with great advice over the years. The best part is that Lee and Sarah will make you feel like family. Always a pleasant experience!

Lee was fantastic. She helped us change all of our insurance policies (home, auto and umbrella). She was very detailed in making sure we had the proper amount of coverage, especially with our condominium policy. She contacted the condominium association agent to clearly establish the break between the association and our personal coverages.
All said and done we have equal or better coverages than our previous policies with a substantial premium savings. Lee did an excellent job! We highly recommend Lee and Seagroves.

I have saved thousands of dollars over the past 10 years being a customer here....I thought I should give respect where respect is due because I never do reviews..I am a young single parent on a fixed income and have never not been able to afford to pay my insurance rate through Seagroves Agency. They always seem to find a low rate every time I renew my policy..Lee is one of the agents there and she is Amazing!! I love her!! This woman goes over and beyond to find the best rate with the right Insurance Company so you get to see all the options that are out there!! I went from paying 140 a month because of speeding tickets to 40 dollars a month😱😱..The receptionist and team of agents are phenomenal.. Im going to buy the life insurance now that I have a little more money left over every month with my low car insurance rate.

I have been with Nationwide since a teenager. My mom loved Ted Seagroves and his daughter Amy, so did we. After marriage, Lee Doss became our agent. She is one of the best and frankly the major reason we have not left Nationwide. She saw us through four teenage sons horrible driving records, accidents involving deer (mostly when we lived in Chatham County), bump ups, you name it. Lee is very personable and her assistant, Sarah has adapted her kind ways of handling people!! Some of my children are with Nationwide and one of my daughter in laws has commented how wonderful Lee is to work with!! She has been by our side, as recent as saw ya through a roof repair. Lee has given us advice of how to handle matters, and we appreciate her. She also supported me through many years of high school Career Fairs sponsored by our school system, giving me wonderful products to give out free of charge.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Seagroves Insurance. The agent that I deal with the most is Tarron Robinson. He has been terrific as is his assistant, Sarah Dean. I usually get them immediately on the phone. When I don't they get right back to me, answer my questions and fulfill any requests that I might have.
