This place is amazing ! I was having problems with my car and I was scared to drive it. They fixed it that same day ! I dropped it off at 10am they was already done by 1:30pm. I was not expecting that at all seeing that I was a Walk in . They have a first come first serve policy so as long as you come in a timely manner they will get you in and out! The prices are affordable they use good quality Napa parts and they are professional. I would highly recommend to others thank you so much !

I’ve always had very good service from Grahams Auto Repair. I recently bought new tires and they had the best price for high quality tires. I highly recommend them.

Whenever I need auto maintenance, I use Graham's if possible. They're good, trustworthy, and fast. Sometimes they're too busy for a walk in service like an oil change but I always check with them first. Appointments are usually available the same day depending on what needs to be done.

Love this place. Walked in on a Friday morning, and they got right to work on an oil change and inspection for me. The lobby is extremely clean and comfortable. There is coffee available, and places to sit; a TV to watch if you want, magazines to read, even a little area of toys if you have kids. This is a family owned business, with pictures and news clippings on the walls, showing the history of the family and the town. You can tell that these guys have been in the automotive business all their lives, and you know you're in good hands. Had a great conversation with Mr Graham while I was waiting, which wasn't very long. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely be going back.

These guys do all of my non-warranty work. Great people, great service and good advice to keep your vehicle running. Yeah, parking is a little tight but that's because they have a loyal and satisfied customer base.

Grahams Automotive is what small garages used to be many years ago - run by Shane, who knows your name, your cars, and the history of repairs he has scheduled for you in the past - staffed with mechanics who actually deserve the title. It's quite amazing to see Todd open the hood of your car. look around for a minute, listen to the engine (assuming it runs, of course), and then tell you what has happened, what it will take to correct. and likely tell you it can be ready in a day (your mileage may vary, of course.) Very accommodating, fun guys to be around, ready to interact with the clients, and - above all - professionals. They KNOW cars! Call ahead, of course, but be ready to jump in your car because they can "squeeze you in today." Make a trip - you'll be happy that you did.

I can’t say enough great thing about this company. We moved to Mebane in 2017. We needed an inspection on our van. Of course in the move we forgot about it. They took the van with no apt. Never gave it a second thought. We always try to stay with small business and once again it paid off. They go above and beyond to help you. Recently my truck had a caliper seize. I needed to get it fixed ASAP. It happened on a Friday, I showed up first thing Monday, NO APPOINTMENT, my truck was on the lift in 5min. They do everything for us. Owner is very nice, all the mechanics know what they are doing and are very competent in their skills. I never feel like I over pay. They explain everything to you up front.

One of very few garages with a service bay with lift allowing them to inspect larger / extend roof van which is now mandatory for NC State Inspection. I made an appointment and they were ready for me exactly on time.

Last year, October 2015, I was driving back from Grennsboro to Feyetteville late at night. My truck threw a rod and blew the engine. Fortunately for me, I was able to get off the interstate and pulled into a gas station. I had no idea where I was nor anything about mechanics in that area. I have a 1980 Chevy truck that I really love. I called Graham auto because they also do towing. The guy informed me that he was a full auto repair center. I took my chances and left my truck there. The next morning, the Graham owner called to tell me that it would cost a lot of money to repair the engine and suggested that since I wanted to keep the truck, I should buy a new engine. I ordered a new crate motor for $1200. The engine was shipped to graham and he replaced my engine in 2 days. Unless it's major repair, I do most of my own work because anytime that I have had to take my truck somewhere, most mechanics and auto shops will somehow try to cheat me or end up keeping my truck for weeks for no good reason. I recently got my truck painted and was reminded of how hard it is to find reliable people to do auto work. Its really a shame that you can't find reliable auto shops. I now realize just how blessed I was that my truck broke down near Graham's auto. They did great work, they were very polite, and they did not try to rip me off. I wished I lived closer to Efland, NC because I have a carburetor I'd like them to work on.
