AT&T Store

We have had issues with AT&T, itself, but walking into the Mayfair store is a breath of fresh air! We usually deal with the manager, L.A., but today he was tied up, and assured us Tanasza was more than able to help us.
He was spot on! We came in with a fairly complicated issue, and she handled it with professionalism, aplomb, patience, and a lot of smiles/very good customer service!! Issues resolved, and we left feeling completely satisfied- not at all irritated, as we have in the past at the main store on S College Rd.
Many kudos to Tanazsa, and to L.A. for finding an employee who practically matches his expertise and customer sevice!!!

Yet again they have solved my problems. Excellent service and very knowledgeable of options. I specifically go here because of the consistency and customer service.

L.A. was the best. My fiancé & I came in dreading the visit & needing a complicated fix for our phones, & he took care of it easily, even with a full store. We were in & out. Whatever he’s being paid is not enough! Best AT&T store in Wilmington thanks to the great customer service

We went to the ATT store at Wilmington, NC's Mayfair Center to upgrade our phones. We had fantastic service from both Tanazsa and L.A. My wife and I purchased a new phone each. We needed a lot of assistance in setting up the new phones. Tanazsa was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire procedure. LA even had to make a trip to another store to pick up one of the phones. Our experience was pleasant and we left with working phones.

LA Corbett is easily the BEST employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with at AT&T! I truly felt he had my best interest in mind and did his best going above and beyond in taking care of my need! Give that man a raise!

I went into the AT&T store at Mayfair town Center. Angel Cannon, the store manager was there, luckily. I needed to have my phone reactivated and my information restored, and I was in a bit of a panic. She was very knowledgeable, and she reassured me. It would be taken care of which made me feel so much better, and at ease ,She was very personable and knowledgeable of the product and took care of it right away. She got everything restored perfectly. I am so thankful that I went in the store that night and she was there because I have everything back on my phone and I feel so relieved. AT&T is lucky to have a store manager like Angel. She is absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be referring my friends to her.

Wow! The service from LA, Angel and Ty at the Mayfair AT&T store was amazing! The knowledge and customer service they have is worth more than 5 stars. They answered every question I had (and I asked a lot-lol) and did it with a smile and lots of patience. They are an asset to the company for sure!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had a cell phone store. Working with Nicole for the majority of our time there was great due to her incredible wealth of knowledge about all ATT services, offerings, and even which accessories were best for our phones based on use. I want to say Shayna or Kayla was also a big part of helping us out, we had to get the sims reset and she was on it, making jokes the whole time. Briefly got to talk to LA as well, the whole staff is awesome. Thank you again for all you all do!

Nicole was very helpful. Was not sure if I wanted the insurance. She told me that I had some time to decide. I ended up keeping the insurance and glad I did because my daughter dropped it the next day! She was very sweet and even helped Rerate my plan and got me a better plan for a cheaper price, just got the first bill after proration and it all lined up with what she said!!

Angel and Kayla were awesome and made the process of upgrading easy and we even had a few laughs. They were kind to others that came in the store and let people know approximate wait times. Great service.

We were very pleased with the service that we received in buying two new phones. L.A. Corbett was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He helped in getting our plan straightened out and getting our new phones setup.
The store was very busy at the time and L.A. fielded questions from other customers and employees all while never ignoring us.

“L.A.” Corbett was amazing. I thought I needed a new phone but he fixed the one I’m typing on in <5 minutes. Great customer service!

Nicole was fantastic she was helping tons of people.A gentleman was being very rude to her and she smiled and took it very well- she gretted each customer with a smile

Angel and Conner were amazing!! They took complete care of us and even gave us donuts and balloons. Highly recommend this location. Very family friendly and helpful

I usually dread the lines and wait associated with adding new lines and/or upgrading phones. This location however was fantastic. No long lines. Rachel was super friendly and so helpful. Handled my issues so much more efficiently than ever before. Maybe there’s hope!

This happened at the Mayfair AT&T store in Wilmington, NC. There was only one employee in the store, find out who, she should get a raise. Didn't even mind waiting, it was not her fault she was alone, I fault management higher up for not solving that lack of proper staff to satisfactorily support the store and serve customers/potential customers. Anyway, you got a champ in her, handled the situation as professionally as possible, given the situation, great stress tolerance, don't think her BP went up a notch, if she doesn't move up the food chain you will surely lose her eventually FYI

So thankful I got a free phone from AT&T as my 2G will be inactive in Feb. I took it to the AT&T retail store so an employee could completely set it up and transfer all my data and answer my questions. I asked about a screen protector and case and both were in stock. Darren helped me and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Renee Brown! I cannot say enough about how helpful this girl was! She stayed long after hours to get my phone working when I had purchased one earlier that day and it was not working! She went above and beyond and insisted she stayed until my phone was working! I genuinely appreciate you Renee!
