Market Street Pharmacy

First impressions are important, and the staff of Market Street Pharmacy absolutely provided the best experience I've had in a while. I've worked in customer service for many years, including time with a large pharmacy retailer. Personally, I've noticed a decrease in the level of customer service over the last few years, but the Market Street Pharmacy team proved they are an exception. The experience with them is warm and thoughtful from start to finish. Both my call and visit were fast, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate how the pharmacist gave me useful information for the future, and how kind the technician was. I even received a follow-up call a couple days after, thanking me for visiting and encouraging me to reach out to the pharmacist if I ever have any questions. That level of effort goes well above and beyond my expectations.This business is a gem I wish I'd discovered sooner!

Great pharmacy! This is the kind of place where they know your name and all of the staff is very helpful. This is not like going to a big-name pharmacy, they focus on filling prescriptions and must-haves for general well being. Conveniently located near downtown. I really like this pharmacy. Has been my preferred pharmacy for 6 years.

I highly recommend getting your prescriptions from Market Street Pharmacy. After having a horrible experience with retail pharmacies, I had my prescriptions transferred here and it was the best decision that I have made. The employees are so helpful and picking up my prescriptions was so much easier than the Walgreens drive-thru. They were even able to help me find coupons to get my prescriptions for less before I even got there to pick them up so there was very little I had to do to get the lower price.

Market Street Pharmacy has great customer service. The staff is courteous and professional. The pharmacist is always on his game.. I pass plenty of chain pharmacies on my way to this one because it’s just that much better

I dare you to find a more friendly, customer focused, pharmacy in NC. If you read a negative rating on their site, check the reviewers other ratings, I'm sure it's full of 1 star Karen ratings.

They're extremely fast , I have never had to wait they are up-to-date with filing Medicaid💗instead the customer doing all the insurance.,the best pharmacy,they actuality pick the phone up
