I honestly wouldn't even give this place a star. It's roach and bed bug infested. I know this for fact because I lived in number 11 for a few months yes it's relatively cheap but so is many others. It's old and not maintained. The guy who was cleaning it was a 56 year old drunk. It needs to be shut down. Our roof had a leak and i reported it and nothing. I had pots and pans to catch the water when it rained. Our stove also would send an electric current threw it and shock you when cooking or using it and again reported and nothing was done. Needs to be demolished. Again just go a mile down the road and stay somewhere else.
