Beautiful furniture that lasts! I bought a set from this company through a local store, and it has lasted me years. Then when I wanted to update my cushions and South Sea Rattan was nothing but courteous and helpful. Thank you for my fresh cushions. It looks like a brand new set!

Would be helpful if their website had a directory of dealers since you can't contact the mfr. directly through their broken webform and no phone numbers are listed for this business. I need replacement cushions with no way to contact them to inquire on availability, cost, etc. For such a 'luxurious' product line, the support and service seems to fall a bit short.

We purchased South Sea Rattan synthetic wicker exterior furniture - tables, chairs, and sofas. Unfortunately, that synthetic wicker is very poor quality, and the furniture is completely falling apart and disintegrating after just a couple years of light use.
The manufacturer's website says 3 years warranty, but we contacted the distributor and they said the warranty is just 1 year. There's no way to contact the manufacturer as there is no contact information on their website.
So we're out about $10k for the furniture, and on top of that have to pay for someone to haul away and trash all this furniture.
We recommend saving yourself a lot of heartache and staying far away from their outdoor furniture.

So I paid for items that I was emailed today and told that they weren't sent out yet. But yesterday I was sent an email that my packages were on the way. I emailed them also today and was told that there was no tracking number placed because the package was so small. Add to the fact that I don't have nothing being sent to me but they got their payment from me makes this an issue where I'm the culprit and seems my money and me being a customer who ordered and paid for a product, is of no concern to this company. You lied to me... twice! Then you tell me today that the issue of a tracking number for my product wont happen and we haven't even sent out your product yet. 'But you have a very good turnaround time.' Not once have I been told that my package is in route accept for the lying email. Don't order from folks, it's clear they only want your money, and don't care about you as a customer.
